RICE
R-rest it alot dont keep moving it
I-ice it 20 min on 20 min off about 3 times a day
C-compression keep it wrapped up to keep the swelling down..i would also suggest advil or alieve
E-elevation....not so much with ur wrist but the RICE method helps for basically everything!!

yOu mite not wanna hear it...but ur best option is to LEAVE IT ALONE if u dye it it will grow out faster believe it or not and if u like shave it same will happen and it will get rlly gross after dying it and ur skin on ur arm gets all dried out
