What You Can Do To Help A Depressed Or Suicidal Friend.
Listen to your friend with concern.
Ask your friend if he ever felt this bad before. If so, how did he handle the situation?
Share a time when you felt pretty bad and assure your friend that things can and will change.
Be especially concerned if your friend takes drugs and/or alcohol because their judgement is impaired.
Ask if your friend has suicidal thoughts.
Let your friend know that many people think about suicide but never actually attempt it.
Give your friend a hotline number and make sure your friend calls.
Stay with a depressed person. Do something together.
If your friend is suicidal and refuses to get help, tell a responsible adult as soon as possible.
Make specific plans to see your friend the next day.

i play softball and slid into third base. i got this really bad scrape. i kept picking at it. so now it is a really big pink scar. i cant shave over it because it make cut the scar and icant use nair because its going to affect the scar. what should i dowith the hair that is on my scar?

I am so worried, I ruined the relationship with the woman of my dreams over 3 years ago. We haven't spoken a word to each other since then. Last week I called her parents house and left a brief message and , suprisingly, she called and left me a message telling me that she will be at home for fathers day weekend. I want to do this pageant, but I don't Know how to ask my mother and father. I've never really been into pageants, I've always been more into acting and singing. I think it would give me more self confidence. But now that I'm turning 15 I started to like all that pageant modeling stuff. I just dont know how to ask them and to let me go. Also what are some tips that I should know. I've never done this before. They also want to do an interview, so does anybody know what type of questions they ask? It said no past experience is necessary, but I would appreciate some tips and things to remember because I don't want to mess up. Also, Im a little self concience (sorry about the spelling!) I have bad eczema ( pronounced eggsema ) and It's always been an issue for me. Do you think that doing this pageant will give me more self confidence or make my self concienciousness ( again sorry about the spelling ) worse? Thank you!
First off, you need to research pagents. Then present this to your parents. This will help them take you more seriously. The you need an pagent coach. They will help you with your questions. Then you also need a run way coach. and a dietition[sp]. its all very expensive but very rewarding in the end.

I've tried using tampons and I want to be able to use them for the summer, but everytime I put them in (i know the right spot) it gets stuck after a certain point, even when I use slender, and it doesnt go up anymore. Help!
then aybe your forceing it to much it. your onlysupposed to put it in all the way to the line. My friend had that problem but i straightened her out with it. Its a vey comman mistake made by many first timers

My friend tried to peirce it on her own cause she didnt have the money but it becam sp infected she was admitted into the hospital. Even if your mom doesnt want it done you can still go to a professional with some one 18 years or older

My 7th grade class is going on a school trip to Lake Compounce in Conneticut. It is on June 16th and (this may sound weird but...) I want to GO with someone (as in a DATE) I am not sure what to do.
