Okay, so I'm around 5 feet tall and I weigh about 115 pounds, I'm not anywhere near fat, but I have some chub I guess you could say, its not like terrible, but I don't feel comfortable wearing tanktops and stuff so all of my clothes are like babydoll shirts, but I really want to lose some weight by summer so I can finally wear tanktops and feel comfortable. How much should I run/walk every day, because I don't have a bike or anything else like that? Also what should I eat? I eat a lot healthier than I used to, I usually have a salad everyday for lunch at school and I have a healthy breakfast, but after I get home from school I pig out, so please help me stay determined not to, like give me some tips for that and some good foods that are healthy for me, thank you so much!

I've been there, done that. After school, I would eat chips and drink soda when doing homework but now I eat carrots with a nice low fat dip. If I don't want to eat that, I eat fruits. Fruits are naturally sweet so depending on where you buy it, there is no added sugar.
As to losing weight, I say instead of walking, join a club or after school activity. I've been dancing since I was 3 years old and I know that I tend to pig out a lot but I don't gain weight that often. If joining a club isn't your thing, I think you should walk at least 15 minutes but push yourself to succeed your maximum goal or who knows, even more then that.

i have had a baby before, so i know what eo expect. but this is defferent. i missed my priod. but iam not stressed.i have been tired, moody,feelin like iam going to be sick, going to the bathroom a lot, lower stomach problems, eating a lot,also drinking a lot. i have taken a test but it was negitive. what could it be?

I really suggest you go see a doctor. It could be nothing or something serious. Don't take the chance. No pregnancy test is 100% accurate.

Lately my gf has been telling me about these dreams she has about other guys forcing her to hook up with them and she told me that "you shouldn't struggle, you should just go along with it". She also sort of admitted that this is a fantasy of hers. What I'm wondering is, if someone started kissing her and she kissed him back, wouldn't that be cheating regardless of how the kissing started? Couldn't she just use being forced as an excuse, especially if its a fantasy of hers? In my opinion, if someone holds her and starts kissing her, she should push him away rather than kiss him back. We are in a committed relationship by the way.

I think that any sort of relationship is based on honesty so I think you should tell your ex how you feel.

ok so im 14/f and still TERRIFIED of the dark. every night when i go to sleep i imagine murderers breaking in and killing me. I don't watch scary movies anymore, just a few here and there. the old ones still come back to haunt me, i'll remember any scary thought when it's nighttime. the fact that my house is PITCH BLACK at night doesn't help at all either. i really really desperately need help, i'm scared to go to bed at night. i can't even get up to go pee because im scared the killer with "hear me". i want to use a nightlight, but i don't want my parents to think i'm a wuss, i mean i'm 14!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me find a way to be comfortable in my own house at night.

The really funny thing about that is I was exactly the same way when I was your age. What I did was I put out candles. After a while my mom said I shouldn't do that in case of a fire so I put on my TV throughout the whole night. After that, my mom started complaining about the TV so I convinced my mom to buy me a nightlight by looking about a really cute one and telling my mom I really wanted it because it matched my room. If you're not sure that will work, buy a book light that runs off batteries and tell your parents that you like to read at night. Worse comes to worse, explain to your parents whats going on.

okay this might sound weird or you might not understand. but i'm quite thin the problem is i'm wide not because of my body but i have 2 big humps on each side of my waist full of fat atleast i think so . i want to loose them but i can't stay on a diet and i don't want to take pills at young age what can i do?

Those are love handles. Everyone has them and sadly there is rarely any way to get rid of them but you can sorta hide them is to wear a tight shirt and place it at your love handles and wear them to sleep. After constant pressure directly to them, it gets smaller.

Totally go to Express. They have expensive dresses but if you wear them with cute leggins, they would look great. If you like black, get a black dress and wear it with neon solid color leggins.

i just have a general question,
if you like someone, and they acted out of their character or hurt you in some verbal way-(nothing harsh/racially offensive), would you stop liking them or would your feelings persist?
this is stupid question but it's just i've noticed how some let go very easily once they are slightly doubtful and others strongly believe in forgiving, what's the norm?

I guess it depends on what was going on, why we were arguing and who it is. Mostly I am a push over and I forgive easily but thats just because of my religion.

I'm only 5ft3 so I could never be a catwalk model, but people always tell me I have the face of a model, and that my eyes could be used on certain adverts advertising eye makeup and stuff.

I figured that if I could do some modelling, it would be a good experience and why not?

Also, it would be good to have some extra money from it.

But I'd like to know, what type of face do you need to have to be a model?

And what type of things can I model for where I don't need to be tall and straight up and down (like most catwalk models are)?

And just generally qualities that would help me, and how I should go about trying to get some modelling?

my hair has become so burnt from all the straigthening and highlights and product that ive put in it. i HAVETA strighten it now cause scrunching just poofs and its so discusting and frizzy. I dont know what to do with it! my mom says japeneeze straightening will just make it worse . frriizz stuff does not work. anything i can do or get done at the salon?

This has happened to me so many times. What I do is condition my hair. I don't rinse it right away. I wait maybe 5 minutes while dipping my hair in warm water.
I recommend that you stop using all your products and stop straightening. Since its vacation, just put your hair up in the simplest way.
