promotion dress for eighth grade
I'm thirteen and I'm in eighth grade.I'm exactly 5ft. tall, 80lbs. and have dark brown hair 2in. past my butt. I want to prepare ahead of time for my promotion dress. I have long legs and I want a dress not too long and not too short. I am interested in a bright color to bring out my hair like a baby blue, lavendar, pink or especially yellow. I just don't know how the design should be. I'm an honors student and I don't want to look too unappropiate. I want to dress conservative but not too old and not too young. I just need some suggestions on dress designs. Thanks... =]

I know this isn't the color you wanted but I just wanted to point out that if you wear a solid neon color leggin under the dress with a matching purse of the leggins, it would look so different and unique.
