MzJENNiFER answered Sunday December 30 2007, 3:25 pm: Those are love handles. Everyone has them and sadly there is rarely any way to get rid of them but you can sorta hide them is to wear a tight shirt and place it at your love handles and wear them to sleep. After constant pressure directly to them, it gets smaller. [ MzJENNiFER's advice column | Ask MzJENNiFER A Question ]

However, since you want to get rid of it... I just have to let you know that it is known that permanently getting rid of them is impossible. There are millions of products out there that supposedly eliminate love handles (ITS A SKAM), it is said and proven that it's not possible. The best way you can reduce that fat is basically, just be healthy in what you eat and be active.
Look, getting rid of the love handles is definately not the easiest thing in the world and having them is definately not the worst because like you said, you are quite thin which is good! You just gotta love your body and who you are and eventually you will find someone to love it too! :) [ beckss's advice column | Ask beckss A Question ]
