Try putting clear mascara or eyelash tint on them. It has a thinner consistency than regular mascara [meaning it won't clump as much], but it will still darken and slightly lengthen them. The eyelash tint by Neutrogenia works wonders.

When I shave my underarm I somtimes get these bumps and they hurt pretty bad! What are they? Use Venus for my razor and soap. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be doing something else?
Your skin could be allergic to the soap you're using, try using a mild soap or a shaving gel or cream.
It might also be that you're not exfoliating. Don't shave for a few days. Then carefully rub a washcloth under your armpits while you're in the shower. Don't be too harsh, it'll hurt like a mofo. Next up, wait one more day, and then try shaving.

Mmmmm fun stuff, eh? Heat should sooth them a bit, but there's no real CURE to shin splints.
If your shoes don't fit right, you can get them as well. Things as simple as not stretching properly will trigger these.
Taping your shins [i know, weird, but I do it for field hockey running and it works perfectly] will prevent it from happening as well. Simply wrap splint tape horizontally around your shins [like a mummy!] a few vertically placed peices across the top will help as well.

I'm going to a my friend's little brother's birthday party. I have black hair that falls up to 2 inches from my chin, 4'9, 80 lbs, and lightly tanned skin. It is a bit cold here and I'm wondering what I could wear there? What colors would look good on me? I'm just thinking of being in jeans and a nice shirt. What should I do with my hair? I don't look that good with pigtails but my friends like it a lot for some reason, my hair isn't that long to put in one pony tail, and I don't look that good in a half pony tail. What should I do?

Pack on some muscle! A subtly toned body looks healthy. Basically, just do some excersises a few times a week.
As for the food part, you can gain weight by eating whole-grain and daqiry foods. Just keep the diet balanced.
