This might be the strangest question ever, but how do you gain weight but still have a nice figure?
People always say Im to skinny and I agree. But i dont want to just like eat alot nd be un healthy nd have the weight come in bad ways.
can you help me?

I would go to a gym and talk to one of the trainers.
Maybe even sign up for a few sessions.
You dont just want to "do weights" because if you arn't careful you will build your muscles unevenly.

As i cycle im all legs and no arms, not the best look.
Just talk to people whos job it is to advise on these things.

Pack on some muscle! A subtly toned body looks healthy. Basically, just do some excersises a few times a week.
As for the food part, you can gain weight by eating whole-grain and daqiry foods. Just keep the diet balanced.

just eat the right food. dont go all crazy with fast food you know.
and exsize that is the key!
youll gain good weight (if that makes since)

Muscle.

The best way to gain weight and keep the figure and shape, is to work out. Muscle naturally weighs more than body fat does. So to work out more means you lose body fat while gaining muscle weight, which progresses your weight upward at a nice even weight.

You might want to talk to you doctor about ways to do this and good ways to do this.

I would go to a pharmacy and ask for assistance. I bet they have protein shakes and stuff you can drink.

(And in answer to your feedback question: know, they make you gain weight. Wrestlers eat them, and wrestlers want to be heavier.)
