I like this guy but I dont really know him that well. I feel like I can talk to him about anything but we've never really hung out. I guess its just a crush but Im afraid that if things dont go well with my friends boyfriend that she will go back for this guy, even though she told me i could date any of her exs cause she loved the person she was with so much.
So i guess my questions are

ask him if hes doing anything the next weekend and aks him to hang out. to prevent your friend and him from getting back together well if you hang out with him im sure he will fall in love with you. and when you hang out watcha movie, go for a walk around the block, go on the trampoline (if you have one), just sit with him and talk, listen to music. and be yourself

you really cant do anything about the fact that your friend and him might get back together but if she understand how much you like him she probably wont.
just act yourself around dont act any different dont change yourself for a guy. that is always a bad idea.

find out what he likes to do, and go do that with him. maybe itll be something you both enjoy, and you can bond that way. just be honest and open with him. flirt with him, but don't over do it. act friendly of course, smile alot and let him know you like being around him. hope i helped!
