Do you think I'm "old enough" to be in love? If I am, then wasn't I old enough when I was fourteen because back then, I was sure I would be in love forever and I still am.

one pound is 3500 calories, just cut 500 cal0ories a day and you'll lose a pound a week. or stop eating and you'll lose 4 a week, etc.
i wouldn't recommend that kind quick-off dieting, just try to do it slowly and exercise regularly.
