My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

okay i have no clue what to do anymore so yeahh...
theres this girl and lets just call her "betty"
okay so betty and i have been best friends since we were reallllyyy little we were more like sisters and suddenly things have changed well im a year older than her so i knew it would be hard to stay friends when i went to highschool and she was still in eigth grade but i made time to hang out with her EVERY weekend and was so happy when she finally grad. i couldnt wait for her to come to high school
when she first got to high school she was acting weird and i told her she wasnt acting like herself and she fixed it then everything was fine until about 2 or 3 months ago when she decided to do cheerleading...
she met lots of guys while doing cheerleading and met other guys through the basketball ones but she had a boyfriend (who i HATED -- he treated her like dirt but she said she really liked him so i dealt) ANYWAYS...
we got into a fight because she was never around and was acting different AGAIN. during the fight she called me and said you know what if you dont think i care then your crazy to prove it ill tell you something only "mary"(her other close friend who always tryed to take my place in "betty"s life) knows so she told me that she had broken up wwith her bf. because she had UNPROTECTED sex with another guy and she felt bad about cheating and couldnt tell him.
i was SHOCKED because i havent even had sex and shes a year younger... so anyway i got worried that she was pregnant but it turned out she wasnt and the guy she had sex with was a JERK so then she kinda blew me off more and more for "mary" and then i found out she was getting drunk and stumbling around town like that on the weekends and later found out she was smoking weed.
between all this madness we had many fights and i told her she was ruining her entire life but deep down i knew she was doing all this for attention since her sister was perfect and her parents favored her sister soooo much more and go out all the time and ignore her ... but we had gotten over all the fights and everything...
so then she went away weekend before break with "mary" they came back and she was talking to me on aim and i told her i was at her really long time ago EXs house that day and he had a pic of her on his bulletin board and she was like well you took it down right and i was like no its his room i cant just take things down ya know and she like well im mad at you now and im like are you kidding i didnt do it because honestly "betty" he really loved you and he even told me that he really did love you and you know he treated you like a princess and like no other guy has or probably will treat you
and she was like no i dont think he did i dont know and at this point i had to go eat dinner so i was like alright well ill bbs maybe when i come back youll reliaze how much he really loved you and how well he treated you and shes like why are you trying to run my life? and i was like are you kidding im just trying to help
and from there the conversation got really bad and full of insults and curses
and now we are no longer friends at all and we basically hate eachother but its just crazy to see her change so much and i really love this girl shes a sister to me and she had EVERYTHING good going for her shes soooo pretty and graduated as validvictorian of her eigth grade...
and i just hate that shes not herself anymore i miss the girl she used to be my best friend

High school changes people and I can understand that but she's trying to hard to be liked and to fit it. She's younger and she hasn't matured enough to realize what she is doing with her life and the friendship that she destroyed. None of this is any of your fault and I don't want you to feel like you did something wrong. If she won't make an effort for being friend, don't bother anymore. I'm sure you've talked to her about this plently of times but I don't think you got clear to her. How can she throw such a long friendship away like that? Does she not remember that you were the one that was there for her through everything and that you guys were [ best ] friends..? Those are the things that she needs to realize. She does not understand that you're just trying to help her and look out for her. I know that it's hard losing your best friend, but things like this happen. Let her grow up. It's hard watching your best friend ruin her life like that & I understand how you feel. I wouldn't want to be in a position as you are, but you have other friends and she'll come around. If she continues doing drugs & drinking, you can get proffesional help or an adult but I doubt that you'd want to do that. I hope everything works out between you guys.
of so i have a problem... prom is coming up in 23 days and i don't know who o ask... theres one girl who invited me to a baseball game on friday and we really get along good, but then there's another who i just cant stop thinking about and i've already tried to make a list of pros and cons and it ends up being the same for both...plz help
If you're stuck between the two, try hanging out with both of them a couple of more times. Who do you like being around more? Think about who you would want to spend your prom night with? Get to know them a little better and it'll help you decide on which girl you want to take.
welllll. me and my boyfriend have been going out for 18 months. & were both 15. we are completley serious and nothing could come between us until.. a few months ago. HIS MOTHER. she absolutley hates me and my family. Our parents used to be good aquaintances. they would talk every now and then whenever they saw eachother. and his mom and my mom would call eachother up every now and then. but then all of a sudden she felt as if she was "losing" her son(my boyfriend) to me. so my boyfriend & his parents would fight all the time, and he would run to my house at like midnight, my parents would call his parents and his parents would come over and get him. but this happened many times. the cops were called on my family many times, because my boyfriends parents told the cops we were hiding him, even though he was at my best friends house, butt the weird thing is my boyfriends parents dont hate my best friend and her family for taking him in but they hate me and my family even though we have listened to everyone of their commands, the commands were like not to let my boyfriend on my property, and that my parents werent aloweed to ever talk to him. my boyfriend doesnt have computer or phone so its not like i can ever get in touch with him and its been this way for months, i honestly feel as if though we have tried everything we even tried breaking up for a few days but its just too hard, we have been together for far too long to let something that shouldnt even be a problem.. effect our relationship big time. PLEASE HELP ME.
Sorry that it took me a while to answer your question. 18 months is a very long time, and especilly for your age. The reason that I think his parents are over reacting that much is because they're worryed. They know that he's still very young and they don't want him to get into anything too serious. There has to be more to the reason that they are acting this way. You did nothing wrong and same goes for your parents. I honestly don't know what other advice to give you because I have never been in a situation like this. If you ever get the chance, talk to him mom about this. I wish you the best of luck for everything & I hope you and your boyfriend are together for a lot longer.

My brother has a side-kick 3 and he kept reciving things like that as well. You need to call your phone company and explain to them what's happening. They will block unwanted numbers and e-mails.

I don't really know what advice to give you. You say that you want a boyfriend but then again, everytime a guy asks you out you say no? Before actually saying yes to a guy, get to know him really good. If you're interested in someone, talk first and see how that guy is and what he's all about. Don't rush yourself into a relationship just because you don't like being single. Give it time and get to know the person.

I think that he's just being very flirtatious with you and that he likes to compliment you. I also think that he's really into his girlfriend. You guys seem to be close friends, but you never know how he feels about you. It might be kind of akward to tell him exactly how you feel so when you both are having a conversation, just bring it up and talk about it. Let him open up to you and he might have the same feelings for you but he just wouldn't show it. Let me know how it goes.

I can't really tell you if it's going to look cute on you or not because I don't know how you look like, what kind of skin and face shape you have. That also goes for showing you any pictures. If you know of any celeberty that has the hair style that you want, look it up and go to a hair salon and ask them what they think about that. They'll eather tell you if it will look good or not.

1) Honestly, no.
2) I personally think it's a bad thing. You never know how a person actually is without meeting them. Anyone can be anything over the internet and it's really hard to trust people this way.
You don't deserve to feel bad. You're not doing anything wrong and I'm sure that he understands what you're saying even if he may not agree with it. I also think that he appriciates the fact that you want what's best for him. Even though he's upset right now, there's nothing you can do. He needs to respect your decision.

I think that breaking them up would be very selfish of you. He already told you how he feels about you, and that's like a sister. He really cares about his girlfriend, and if you broke them up,.. he would be misrable. I know that it's hard not being with him because you really do care for him, but you need to move on. It's not going to be easy, but just try. You're lucky that you guys are even close friends because it's better to have a friendship with him rather then nothing. Just be happy for him that he found someone who he really cares for. He loves you like a sister and a friend so just respect that from him.

Well no, not exactly. Make sure you brush your hair after you wash it, towel dry it & then blowdry it .. and then brush it again. I use conditioner once in a while but it just depends on the hair type. With my hair, if I use the same shampoo for too long, my hair start to be really dull and my bangs would also get greasy so I just swich it up.
well i dont know why but likee i`ll get in the shower and wash my hair and then after it dries myy bangs and only my bangs with get greasy lookin like 5 min after my hair dries and i dont know why and its onnly my bangs? its REALLLY annoying though becaue i`ll wash my hair sometimes twice a day and itll still do it and i know its not from my shampoo or straightner becausee uh when i straighten my hair i dont straighten my bangs because there already straight.. is there anything i can do to stop them from doing this i dont why the hell they do it but it buggsss me !! thanks babe.
The more you wash your hair, the greasier that it will get. My hair does this too and it's normal. Try switching to a different shampoo and see if that will do anything. I really don't know why only your bangs will get gresier,.. it's kind of weird but like I said try switching to a different shampoo. Also, don't use conditioner for a while. Now, I use it once in a while and I actaully like how my bangs look.

I can't really tell if he likes you or not. He hasn't given you much signals or signs that show that he's really into you. He probablly thinks that you're attractive and the reason that he stares at you a lot is because he's too shy to talk to you. If you like him, make the first move and talk to him. Just talk about anything and that way you guys can get to know each other better and then you can tell if he likes you or not.
