Long story short, I'm from Los Angeles, went to an amazing school, left the US and moved to the Middle East. I've been backpacking around Europe and the Middle East on and off since August 2013. Would you like to converse? Here's my Forum
Quite frankly, I'm sarcastic way more than I should be. Read a few of my answers, and you'll see that I am not totally mean to anyone.

I stumbled across this site by accident. I seriously doubt many of you have the qualifications to give real people proper advice. After reading some of your responses to people's inquiries i was quite astonished as to how teenagers find they are able to give quality advice and information to real people in need with such little life experience. If you ask me you are not in a place to give your "personal opinion" when people truly believe you are giving them the right answer simply because you claim "people think i give really good advice". (eg. i am still at a loss as to how a 17 year old girl thinks she can give advice to someone regarding conceiving a child) I know you try to come across as a "godsend" to poeple who are in some sort of personal crisis and need a fast easy answer but the truth is, in the cases where it really counts, there rarely is one; at least not from you.
I both agree and disagree with you, and I'll tell you why.
There are a signifigant number of people on this site that are over the age of 21, making them an adult almost everywhere you go. There are a few parents on this site, etc. I can assure you that every single person on this site is an expert at something.
MikeCFT, for example, is a certified fitness trainer. He can give excellent advice on fitness, nutrition, etc., but he might not be the best with computers. [I have no idea how he is with computers.]
Lucky for Mike, he doesn't have to answer computer questions that he knows nothing about. He can wait and let DangerNerd answer them, or anyone else with computer expertise.
Teenagers, however, are great at answering the repetitive menstrual cycle and boy problem questions, for the most part. They have all pretty much had a signifigant other. They can also answer fashion questions. Maybe teens aren't the best people to answer certain questions, but they are more qualified than many adults to answer others.
On this site, we urge everyone to not answer questions for which they have no expertise.
A seventeen year old girl could be very qualified to answer questions on conceiving a child. For example, she may be training to be in the medical field, her parents could be doctors, or she could have been in a comparable situation. Also, teens today get this type of information in school, so they could very well know what they are talking about. Granted, you never know who someone is, or what they know. It is very possible for someone to make something up. People here generally don't do that, though.
And lastly, there are few cases where it really counts. For those that are, the more adult advicenators can offer their insight.
Age is just a number. Not to insult your intelligence, but I assume that you are older than me; I am fifteen years of age. I could correct your grammar, and maybe even give you some math or music lessons. My IQ might be higher than yours. It is physically possible for me to be pregnant (I'm not, don't worry). You cannot assume that just because someone is a certain age they have no life experience. Quite frankly, nowadays, I would bet that it were growing to be the opposite.
I think I've said enough. I hope that I haven't offended you, but this issue is something that is very, very important to me.

i went to a new dentist today.
i was wondering if i could be allergic to the kind of metal pick thing they use to count and scrap (etc) your teeth.
beacuse somethings wrong. i got home. they barely even touched my teeth just kind of poked around. and they hurt so bad my tongue cant even touch them. and my gums are all swollen and i have bumps that are really sore on the my gums. and when i brush my teeth they bleed so bad.
i was just wondering if anyone knew what i could do to fix it, or if im overreacting and i should just wait it out or see a doctor? .. i dont know. but it hurts. and it worries me.
Well, if your gums are irritated, then you aren't brushing your teeth well enough. Talk to a dentist ASAP.

Religion and politics are interesting, but don't get too heated. Generally, these are a no-no, but they happen to be the two things that facsinate me the most, so I talk about them with anyone and everyone.
Compliment the girl, make a comment about the restaurant, ask about her favorite food, horoscope, anything. Girls wil usually talk about anything.

Don't act. I hang out with guys, and one of the last things that they want to see is a girl trying to change for them.
i hurt my knee snowboarding it was swollen up like a melon and really bruised, the doctor told me to stay off my knee until its comfortable to walk, i havnt really been doing that, and it still hurts when i walk but i just ignore it cuz it doesnt hurt enough to make my flinch, someone told me if i didnt stay off my knee and let it heal properly that next time i hurt it, it would be much worse and i could perminantly damage my knee, is that true? should i stay off my knee for the next few days
A doctor won't just give you arbitrary advice. If I were you, I'd heed the warning and take the rest of the week off, or at least use a wheelchair. No one here is a proven medical doctor, so call your doctor ASAP.
does anybody have any suggestions for auditiioning for a musical? our school is holding audtions for beauty and the beast and i really want to make it. or any general ideas to become a better singer in general. thanxs

So I'm a 17 year old guy and I'm a senior in High School. I also have a good number of friends. I've never been to a party before, or even a party with alochol. Most kids at my school have been to those kinds of parties, and I just feel left out and "Un-cool". Is it bad that I've never been to that kind of party, cuz I feel really stupid and anti-social and I feel that If I don't go to one I'll be hated by the people I like or looked bad apon.

my busdriver makes me sit in seat #2 on the bus because i "turned around". my busdriver said that its my permanant seat, no ands,ifs,or buts. its so annoying and i want to be with my friends in the back. i don't want to sit with the geeks in the front and when my friends come on the bus, they need to sit in the front with me. it sucks and i need help. i am not even turning around on the bus, its always the guys.
Why does it matter?

About how many people normally audition from the Mason Gross School of the Arts for a BFA in acting and how many are actually accepted each year? Is this theatre school a good program compared to others? How competative is it to get in, and do you have any tips? Is this honestly a top (or at least an extremely good) school for theatre?

ok, well i just singed up for the web jay thing where you can put a lot of songs int his box and you can put it in your myspace and you select the song you want to here. well when it says the url everytime i put one in and i click ok and then i play the song it says web jay. it dosnt have the song. how do i fix that so i hear the song ?
