okay i am 14/f in case it matters

Well first, I am so sorry that this happend to you. It was very wrong of them to do that to you and it was rape. Not only is that rape but it's also incest..which is also very illegal! You need to tell a family member that's close to you...or maybe a counselor at your school...just find an adult figure that you trust! Your cousins obviously have a problem...and your family needs to know about it..so they don't go after other girls in your family! I dont know if you put im a lesbian to catch attention or if you really are b/c of what your couins did. If it's b/c of them...it will most likely pass b/c I personally know someone who was raped and turned lesbian but realized it was fear not lesbianism...not every man is like your cousins so don't be afraid! The best tampon to use with an applicator I would say is Tampax Pearl...but wen i first started using tampons I used Tampax Satin Teen...which was made for beginners! So I would recommend that you buy one box of the Satin Tenn, so you get used to tampons..and then get the Pearls! Good Luck!! ♥ caitie

LONG STORY!!!!SORRY
I'm 16 and recently went back to work at the restaurant I worked at the previous summer. I was surprised to find out that J., 20, had started to work there on the same day that I came back. We worked together last summer, I had no strong feelings for him this way or that.
I began to flirt with him immediately, normally I wouldn't do this, but I am comfortable around him. He's always set me at ease. I did childish things like throw parsley at him, he often attempted to throw it right back.
Anyway, as time went on we'd stand close together in the doorway, just subtle flirtatious things like that. Later, he began to flirt back with me by putting me in headlocks and lightly pushing me. Sometimes we'd hold hands until the next session of flirtation began.
To make a long story short (I'm sorry! I don't want to bore you! ^^;;) I asked him if he had a girlfriend, and he said he did. I almost slapped myself, was he ever planning on telling me if I never asked? I guess I should have asked earlier, but maybe I didn't want to know if he did...
So even though I really liked him I tried to not flirt with him, I felt that things were just "weird," because it feels so natural to have the flirtation between us. I don't want to hurt his girlfriend, but I can't help the way I feel...
So later after I pretty much had stopped my advances, he starts to flirt with ME again! (not vice versa!) What am I supposed to do?! I flirt back, because I still have strong feelings for him.

Then our boss shows up, we scramble outside and I ride around with him in his car (I was afraid to drive).

I told him the last part to be nice. I'm really saving myself for marriage. Later before he dropped me off and said that he wanted to kiss me, but he said he shouldn't because, A. Another night (next week) we got drunk again at work, I had 3 wine spritzers and he had a beer. We fooled around some more and I kissed him, or he kissed me...I don't know. He told me I was a good kisser (but you never know because boys lie! :-P) and that he wanted me to kiss him again. I eventually end up kissing him more and more that night before we went over another restaurant that my boss owns. He's my second kiss, and I love kissing him. Of course, because I was drunk I told him that when I was kissing my first kiss I was thinking about him. (I was!)
He told me that he would date me if he didn't have a girlfriend already, I told him that I would wait for him...oh, he also said that he likes me.
He also told me that someone told his girl that I had a crush on him. We think it was one of the waitstaff, that told one of HER friends, that told his girl. (Yes, one big long chain of ppl ^^;;) I asked if he would act weird around me when that certain waitress was around, first he said probably, and then he said he would act the same around me. I was happy when he said that, I don't want things to change. Oh, this was also on another day of working alone together, we were sober!
So the day after our kiss, he acts Coldly around me. He tries to avoid me if possible, and barely talks to me. The next day is kind of the same, but he tells me he had a huge fight with his girlfriend (that wants to beat me up..) partly over me. He told me that he told his girl that he didn't care about me.
So here I am. I'm confused and lost. I really like him. I don't want to get burned, but it appears to be too late. I know that if I dated him, I would be the only one..but how would I be for sure when he flirts with me and has a girl?! I don't want to have these doubts, I trust him completely.
How should I act around him? What should I do? I just want to flirt with him, and he with me, and have everything be alright.
I can't stop thinking about him, and I just want him to come back to me. What has his problem been lately? I just don't understand. I can't turn to anyone else for help.

Well the first answer that popped into my head is that he's just lookin for sex. I'm not trying to offend you in anyway..I just have been around alot of guys who are total sweethearts at first but turn into total gerks! That could be the case or he could really care about you, as well as his gf. i think you shud be mature and talk to him. Say something like, "ok, obviously we've got something going on here, but you have a gf...and I don't feel right being the third wheel. Well if you know you're skinny don't worry about it! As for your but..you could do wall squats...it's where you lean your back against a wall and crouch down bending your knees. Hold it for 30 seconds and then stand up again...those are really good for your butt and thighs. But, you know guys love girls with big butts...i've got one and i used to hate but I've really come to be proud of it lol! You should be happy wiht what you were given! ♥ caitie

Make sure when you put it in you're holding on to both parts of the applicator...the part you push and the part that actually has the tampon inside if it. It could also be happening b.c of the type of tampon you're using. Try using a plastic applicator like "Tampax Pearl". Plastic apllicators are much easier to use, like me, i can't use a card bourd one! Hope this helps you! Good luck!! ♥ caitie

This is going to sound dumb. You can get some really cute jewlery from Target ranging from $4 to $9 so there's a good idea. That's where i shopped this year. You could also go to places like Aeropostal or American Eagle and buy soem cute x-mas boyshorts. You could also go to Bath&BodyWorks and buy a couple small lotions! It sounds liek you wnated a guy's opinion but w/w lol! First off, it shouldn't matter what people think, but this is the real world and depending on the people you go to school with, you might get labeled as prep or bitch. But really you should care less, because if you like the clothes then who gives a s**t what your peers think? Some people don't like it b/c it's too preppy, but that's just their style so don't worry about it. And some people don't like it b/c it's so expensive, like me for ex. I love their clothes, but they're really expensive so I shop at Hollister instead which is the same company..but way cheaper and with a bird as their logo instead of a moose! Big deal! And really guys could care less what your wearing as long as you look good. Seriously, guys don't pay attention to that kind of stuff..they can't tell the difference between Abercrombie and goodwill so don't even worry about them! i am a 16 year old female, i am 5 ft. 3 3/4 inches. i normally weigh about 110 pounds, but it's sort of weird because my weight seems to rise and fall all the time. sometimes i weigh myself & i'm only 109 lbs, then 2 days later i'll be 115 lbs...then it will keep falling & rising! i do't understand why (i mean i know it has to do with the amount of calories you eat) but on most days, especially monday-friday i eat pretty much the same things. does it have anything to do with something besides the food i eat? can it have to do with your period? are there specific times where right after you eat you weigh more & then you drop some weight? i also do between 100-200 sit ups every night, but that only really shapes my abs...it doesn't really affect my weight! does anyone have any idea on why my weight rises & falls the way it does? any advice on how to keep it around 110 or 111? also, do specific foods like chinese cause you to put on weight more eaisly? thank you! The main reason your weight keeps changing is because of your period..it has to with hormones. You can't really control it. Also the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning before you eat, because that's the most accurate measurement! A lot of girl's weight's flucuate..but it's not like anybody can tell..and don't worry becasue you aren't fat so why worry?! Hope this helps! ♥ caitie

Spend lots of time with your friends..I'm going crazy right now too, but my friends really take my mind off things! I don't know if you do this..but if you rush to finish your hw at school or sumtin..take it home and take your time..it will help you get better grades and you won't stress whether or not you did it right!
