tampon
i just cant insert my tampon.. help! i went to different websites but i jsut cant seem to get it in.. it justdoesnt go in and the plastic applicator just moves back. please help me

Make sure when you put it in you're holding on to both parts of the applicator...the part you push and the part that actually has the tampon inside if it. It could also be happening b.c of the type of tampon you're using. Try using a plastic applicator like "Tampax Pearl". Plastic apllicators are much easier to use, like me, i can't use a card bourd one! Hope this helps you! Good luck!! ♥ caitie

heyy i saw your question & that no one answered it. actually, we could actually get banned for answering it, but the best thing for you to do is look up your tampon brand's website & get instructions from there. i mean, their instructions would be the same er better than anyone elses.
