Hey. Its totally okay to feel that way. Everyone does! No worries :] Its all part of growing up, its normal. Your right you ARE too young to have sex, but you could if you wanted to. No ones stopping you. But much more people your age go with masturbation. Theres no reason to be SCARED of masturbation. Lol. Everyone does get scared, but there really isnt anything to be scared of. Its better than really having sex. No STD's, your still considered a virgin, no pregnancy, infections or anything.
