i'm on the yearbook staff at my school. we're trying to think of themes for next year. do any of y'all have any ideas? what have been the themes for yearbooks at y'all's schools? the name of my school is pine tree, if that helps.
Oh my gosh I just thought of something great! Next year is 2007, right? Well why not do an "007" theme (James Bond! How great is that?). I guess with that idea you could probably get really creative and go crazy with the James Bond/007 theme.
Or you could do something entirely different -- maybe to do with the Pine Tree. This sounds really basic and boring, but you could draw/make cool-looking pine trees and have them "scattered" across the yearbook cover. Maybe they could be different colors? Or some with polka dots/stripes/whatever you can think of.
Talk it over with the staff, brainstorm ideas at home, whatever. I can guarentee that you'll have fun making up ideas and changing them around to make 'em perfect for YOUR school's yearbook.

Put the code in your about me section. If you're changing your layout, be sure to delete your old layout code, otherwise the layouts will become really messed up!

I am 17 years old and have never had a bf. People in my senior class make fun of me behind my back because of this. I even heard one rumour that I was a lesbian. I'm not a lesbian, I do like guys but I'm really shy and most of the guys in my class are really immature and just want sex, not a meaningful relationship. I've also made the decision not to have sex, or make love until I get married. Some of the girls in my class have slept with over 14 guys, and act like it's no big deal. Sometimes I get so depressed I feel like crying. The fact that tomorrows Valentines day is just going to make me feel worse. Do things ever get any easier for girls like me? Or does it just get worse when I go to college and into the work force? I'm beginning to feel like I'm the only person left with values.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm 14 and haven't ever had a boyfriend...but yeah. That's my problem, not yours, haha.
Anyways, my advice is that having a boyfriend shouldn't be all about having sex anyways..a boyfriend should be someone who brings out the best in you and someone you really care about. There's nothing wrong with you if you aren't dating someone! Like Brunette Baby Cakez said below me, I think you are also waiting for the perfect man. And, it doesn't matter if you're single on Valentines' Day..hanging out with your girls can be even MORE fun than doing something with a guy who only wants to get in your pants. You sound like a really cool person who wants to have a nice relationship, so I can almost guarentee that you will find a great guy who loves you for WHO YOU ARE!

Well, my ex boyfriend broke up with me a month ago and we were in love and we still like eachother ALOT but he has another girlfriend and i like this guy (Adam) but i feel like i am cheating on Ryan(my ex) because i like Adam but i still spend alot of time with Ryan and hang out with him and we act like we're going out but he has a girlfriend i like this guy named Adam but i dont know i feel like i am cheating on Ryan what should i do even though we're not going out!! If Ryan has a girlfriend, then why can't you have a boyfriend or hang out with other guys? I wouldn't worry about it if Ryan has a girlfriend. If you're REALLY concerned, then I would just talk to your ex and ask him if he still has feelings for you. You should also be sure to tell him how you feel about him. As for the other guy, Adam, just go with it and if a relationship emerges then just do what feels right..if you think you are still in love with Ryan then let Ryan know, but if you want to be with Adam then I would suggest forgetting about Ryan. ok well my boyfriend and me have been going out for awhile now. and he had this really good friend that he always hangs out with. well i recently went on vacation for a week and he hung out with his bestfriend all week and weekend while i was gone. so this was my first weekend home and i went to our highschool football game and his friend is not allowed in them she he went to the movies and my boyfriend isnt gonna be home all weeekend so i wont get to see him.
i dont want to break there friendship up i just want my boyfriend to do things with me and not jsut come to my house.

Okay, so he hung out with his bff while you were gone. He probably just missed your company. Ask him if he wants to go to the movies or do another activity, just the two of you instead of hanging at eachother's houses. Hold his hand. Smile at him as much as possible. Flirt. Enjoy yourself. And when his friend comes along - (if she's a girl) go on a double date with her and her boy. (If she's single - pair her up with one of your guy's friends or one of your guy friends). Vice versa if his best friend that he's been hanging out with is a guy..find one of your girlfriends to pair up with him. While his bud is busy with someone else, you and your guy can spend some quality time together.

Hey ok so i just downloaded limewire but there's a problem..when i search for a song or a name of an artist, nothing shows up - no results. And if i make the same search at my friends house (i did yesterday) it works! How come? Is there something i should do or install? Has this happened to anyone before?

My friend told me about a program called "ares". He has had both Limewire and Ares but he prefers Ares because you can download not only music, but movies, software, music videos, and more. Plus - it has it's own jukebox and chat system built in. Also you can download the smaller version if you're tight on computer memory or the larger version with all of the features I just listed. Sorry that I didn't know the answer to your question, but Ares should work better than Limewire worked for you :)

Well, I had a lovely situation like this one..and I hate to break it to you but the friendship didn't work out. She basically called me her friend and everything, but it turns out that she used me to hang out with my "cool" older sister and borrow by huge CD collection. So maybe it's time that you figure out what's up and ask your friend why she has no time to spend with you. Then maybe join an after school club to meet new friends or take the time to meet some new people to hang out with.

I am extremely lonely. I feel as though there is no one left for me. I recently stoped talking to my "crush" because everything changed romanticly between us. I feel as though in my town, there is no one new, everyone has someone, and all the good ones are taken. I hate this feeling. I feel the same way. You just have to forget about it and think of the other things you love like your favorite sports, activities, and your friends & family. Basically: Pretty much -Boys are all really shallow and stupid. (if you find one who isn't - please let me know! haha) If you don't take your mind off of wishing you had a boyfriend, you'll miss out on being a kid and having fun you can have without a guy. well me and my ex broke up in like april.. and we haven't talked since then.. and of course i still missed him.. so 2 days ago i decided to IM him just to see if he answered, and he did.. so we talked a little and i asked him if he still hated me and he said maybe.. when we broke up we foughtt alot.. and he couldn't trust me and i couldn't trust him.. so like the second day after i started talking to him again.. he like IM's me talking about this girl that likes him.. and this girl he likes.. he doesn't know that im still like in love with him.. so i feel like he was doing it to make me upset.. and see if i still liked him .. so he asked me if i was going out with this kid and i said no .. and he said ok.. and then like im the only person he talks about girls too.. so i don't know if he's over me or not.. because he could be telling me that he likes this girl because he's trying to convince himself that he's over me.. but i dunno.. so like yesterday.. we were in the gym because im doing cross country and he's doing soccer.. and the cross country girls were stretching.. but i was off to the sidee because i'm injured.. so he was like looking at all the cross country girls and he kept like looking and looking .. and then he saw me at the side and i saw him.. and then he was like staring at me, but then he turned away.. so do u think he's over me .. or do you think he might still have some feelings for me?
I think he still likes you, but I think he's interested in other girls, too. Maybe just give him a little while to figure out who he likes. Or you could just ask him what girl he likes next time and if he doesn't talk about the girl he likes again just ask him. This worked for me kind of cause i was in a similar situation. hi. it says on the ibuprofen bottles that you can only take 6 in 24 hours. (200mg) What happens if you take more than 6? I doubt 6 will kill you. How many will kill you? What are the side effects for 6 pills or more than 6 pills? Thanks
You shouldn't be worried about this unless you are sick. Popping pills is stupid, and THAT CAN kill you.
Ibuprofen won't have any really bad side effects, except that you'll get sick(er) and maybe throw up or make your condition worse. It's pretty harmless, but if you take more than 3 a day for 7 days a week, you'll probably get really sick and should call your doctor cause if you're poppin pills you could die from it. hope i could help

Don't worry about it. Your first kiss will come soon enough. You're just a kid and this isn't something you should rush. Well the problem was what you did by saying a little thing like "I don't want to go". That really hurts, it probably made her feel like dirt. So my suggestion would be, just talk to her and explain to her that you didn't mean to hurt her feelings and it was kind of a missunderstanding. Tell her what you told us - you miss your friendship, and you miss hanging out together. Maybe then the friendship will be back on track. Good luck =)

The guy I have this huge crush on (i've liked him since February of this year) is a year younger than me. He's in 7th grade and i'm in 8th, but he has a late birthday so he COULD be in my grade but he missed the cut off (his bday is in November of 1992 and mine is in july of 1992 so i'm only a couple months older than him.) I think you should just go for it. It's not uncommon to like a younger guy, I have liked guys who were years younger than me before, and sometimes they liked me back,sometimes they didn't. All I can say is good luck =)
