Hey! I know, I ask a TUN of questions about tracK!
but, I have a meet on monday! (Im asking this on Saturday Morning) and I have HORRIBLE pains in my knees and ankels when i run, and after i run i have the pains in my ankels. it always feels like my i am going to sprain my ankel!
I have pratice in about an hour!
so, i need some help! what should i do to make myself go faster, despite the pains.
I know how to at the meet because i only have to do it one time, but at pratice wtih the continous working, what should I do??
and any ways to go faster, and im in the 4X1 relay! anyone have sugestions for that either?
Also- I know what the pains are coming from-its the track.

k, i recently had sex with my ex bf.. and it was for 2 mins and nothing happened. i haven't gotten my period yet - it was suppsoed to come on tuesday, but i haven't gotten it yet. although, i have been very stressed lately (breakup with my boyfriend, dad lost a job, friend almost commited suicide, etc) and i am also very underweight for being my height. could those be reasons for missing my period or could i be pg? please write back! well itz apossibility. some of these simptoms may b from the stress.if you use a condom you shouldn't be pregnant and most of the signs your probably noticing is prolly from have sex thats all alot of young girls. mayb you should talk 2 your ex nd get a pregnancy test if your period does not come

i hear constantly about 14 year olds having sex... this is scary. what has the world come to? one day people will be having sex at 8 and then people will finally realise there is a problem. i dont see why 14 year olds have sex when they are so young... at 14 i was like, gross, why have sex? i'm 17 now and i am a virgin... i am proud of that and i like it coz guys respect me and i know a guy isn't going out with me for sex. what i want to know is why do girls lose that respect at such a young age? and how young were people when they lost their virginity???

use some kind of medicated cream to get rid of or reduce the stretch marks. Until then were a shet t shirt over your top at the beach

Just recently, my family purchased a computer mouse that was the laser optical type.
I've only used the rolling ball type, so this is all new to me.
But every 5-7 minutes or so, my arrow on the screen with jump toards the side bottoms. Is this normal for this type of mouse? If not, what can i do to stop the skipping around. I'm not even pressing remotely in the way it randomly jumps. (link)

It doesn't matter wether or not you are sexually active. if you feel more comfortable with yourself that way then go for it. It may itch if you dont shave it well enough or enough. it may grow back quick. im not so sure wether or not you should use shaving cream. But wen you get older you can avoid this problem by getting a Brazillian Bikini Wax, sure it hurts but if its what you want who has the right to stop you?

Yea thats normal, its just a reactant to a new product. But if it continues or gets worse you may want to consider a doctor (thats only if you are comfortable with it). Or you could simply switch products.

Well over the weekend I'm stuck with a huge project over the weekend and...its a group project and two of the guys in the group goof off all the time and are failing the class and the other guy is a cute,nice,funny guy I flirt and joke around with sometimes. He's into the project but he's not into getting everything together. I've got this amazingly funny and fun idea for the project, and the only way I'm gonna get it done is if I do it all by myself. So my question is, do people hate it if you do all the work? Does doing all the work piss people off? Will the guy not like me anymore if I do it by myself?

well i would tell them to get up off their lazy butts and help you do the project and if they dont dig up some dirt
but of corse you could always tell them to pay you to do the waork or tell them that your not gonna do it with the 2 goof offs and threaten them with the risk of failure. But do it any way and dont let them no that you really did it and tell your teacher that you did all the work
