ok this is probably the most asked question EVER. lol, but what do i do about guys. i mean, whenever is see a nice guy at my church...the mall...idk around, i ALWAYS want to talk to them, but i never do. I wanted to know how to talk to guys without feeling stupid or embarassed...or without having them think im a freak or like a terrorist. lol. but sometimes they are surrounded by girls. Like this one kid i saw today at my church, he was hott and really funny, but he was SURROUNDED by girls that were his friends. i wanted to talk to him soo much, but i couldnt do it. i need to be more comfortable around guys, but how do i do it??

Find any way possible to sit near them or be around them. Sometimes it's usually better if it's just the two of you so he's not occupied talking to someone else but if you do hear something they're talking about comment on it if you have something intresting to say about it and they'll willingly let you in their conversation. but if you're okwardly sitting or standing near a guy alone, make a comment on something if it's too weird to just start talking to him. That way you can get up a conversation then ask him about himself and stuff like that. After that, you'll know eachother and they'll probably start aproaching you. = )

ok well heres the deal..i REALLY like this guy and hes sooo sweet! he told me i was hott and hes always talking to me and leading me on..and if he askes me out..i would have my first boyfriend ever. thing is, one of my best friends supposedly "loves" him and she doesnt even know him and they never talk..unlike me i have talked to him lots of times. and now my best freind and him are starting to talk like online, but he ignores her a lot so he can talk to me..and shes making it seem like a competition and always rubbing things in my face whenever they have sumthing in common. another thing it, she knows that he likes me, but she doesnt know that i like him...its really confusing. if she found out she would be soo upset..she even said "if u ever liked him i would hate u" and i dont know what to do cuz shes had tons of boyfriends and i really want this guy to be my first bf. pleas help..ill rate everyone.

You DON'T need a friend like that. If she's going to make it a competition and say things like "if you ever liked him i would have you" yet she doesnt even know you like him.. that's not a good firend at all! What so called good friend would say stuff like that? Obviously he's not into her if he ignores her for you so ditch the friend if she's gunna b b!tch!e and b w/ someone who would care more for you.

my and this guy are just friends now. hes really nice and sweet and i like him a lot. the other day, i spent all of my class time talking to him. not romanticly, we were talking about what was going on that day. we didnt say anything about us well i didnt. he talked about his mom a little and we talked just talked like friends. i do like him a lot becuz he seems like a nice guy. so what should i do. becuz if he doesnt like me in that way, i dont want to screw up our friendship and i dont want him to break my heart

Well it's good that you guys can keep a conversation going and all that stuff which is always a plus. Maybe he would have feelings for you? After a day of talking in class hand him a note as your going in different directions. Just let him know that you like him but its 100% cool if he doesn't feel that way 'cause you wouldn't want to wreck an awesome friendship. Then give him ur # and tell him to call you later or just write back. Not harm done there.

well last night i went skating and hung out with my friends and all. This Girl likes this guy , like alot and i like him too. Well the kissed that night and i think made out. But then he said to me that he likes me. And at the end of the night i hooked up with him. The girl says she doesnt mind. But when he was all over me , she started crying. I dont wanna hurt her but i really like him. And he's a player..which i dont mind but i heard that he cheats alot and i dont know if i wanan go out with him if that's true. Well do you think i should go out with him?

Well, it must be true that he cheats alot or atleast ocassionally if he made out with two girls in the same night. Personally, I don't think anyone desirves to be played over like that and if it's that close of a friend, that will be something your putting on the line also. You have to just put in in the perspective: is it worth the chance of getting hurt by getting cheated on and is it worth possibly lousing a really good friend of yours. But even though theres so many disadvantages to it, say you don't go with this exact advice.. atleast let your friend cool off for a few days so she's a little more understanding and over it.

sorry i didnt no what this went under, so i put it under friendship.

anyways, im going to my friends sleepover tonight and if i stay up most of the night/all night then i get a headache, but the thing is, i think everyone is going 2 stay up all night and i dont want to be the only one asleep, while everone is having fun.

has anyone got anything i could do to help me not get headaches??

When I get a migrane I always take tylenol gel caps. They work REALLY well and right away. Take one just befor the time you get a headache normally or right when you get one and it'll go away instantly.

Ok well this may sound very dumb but here it goes . . . In P.E. we're doing swimming. Today I drowned during the class they were obviously able to resusatate me. I'm embarassed to go in school on monday. The girls in my school are very catty and news spreads fast at my school. I don't remember much of it. All I remember is trying to do a back dive into the pool and all of the water being pushed out of my lungs and trying to breathe next thing I know I'm laying o the hard floor with my class mates staring over me and the lifeguard. It was horrible and terrifying. How should I deal with the girls at school? Is it true that I could get Peunomia (sp?).

Well, it is true but I think you'll be fine. I'd suggest getting your parents to go see a doctor just incase. Don't worry about the girls in school though. Something that serious isn't anything to laugh about. If they have something to say, just ignore it and eventually it'll die off. Atleast your okay. That's all that metters. I'm sure somone who saw it though will stick up for you saying it wasn't funny and they'll realize it WAS seirous. That's wat you would do rite?

ok i'm 17/f (almost 18) and i tend to fall for younger guys. the past 3 guys that i've liked (i went out with one) have been 15 and young 16. i'm a senior and they're all sophomores (one should be a junior). to make it better, my brother is a sophomore as well, and is older than one of them (the one i went out with). my friend says that going out with sophomores would make me look like i'm easy (which i'm definitely not...i'm waiting until marriage). is there any way that i could get myself to stop liking younger guys or is there nothing wrong with it? thanks so much :)

I have this guy friend that i used to like. He's nice and all and we talk on email a lot. Then he said that my best friend (basically my "sister") and her (really cool) guy cousin sucked at hockey, were wimps, adn were on steriods because they talk funny. I was about to cuss him out but then i maintained control because they are two of my best friends. I really got pissed when he said that her guy cousin was on steriods. REALLY pissed. What should i do to this kid to teach him a lesson?

befor you plot any revenge, just try letting him know what he said was really rude and you didn't appreciate it because u and her ARE your best friends. He might not have meant to say it directly toawrds you and just thought it was something funny to say at the moment. I really don't think theres anything anyone can do to be a better girlfriend. You know if a relationship feels right for you all. Maybe he felt it didn't? and personally, I thynk thats really respectful to not want to ruin a friendship feeling something will go wrong. I dont know if this is the right cateorgory but w/e. Ok well let me put it this way my classmates most of them are jerks. Well see the thin is i am smart like really smart and my classmates make fun of me for it because i get all 100% on my tests and quizzes. and they also hate the fact that when we have a huge test and we have to write stuff down i dont take notes because i rember it all and then i get higher grades then the people that wrote it all down. so i guess what i am asking is how can i get my class to stop annoying and makin fun of me because i am so smart.

It's great that you get good grades like that !! Don't let any of them put you down. When they`re workinq at Mcdonalds and you have a big time job we`ll see who's gunna be laughinq lol Just let them know that it's really annoyinq and discouraging the way they say things to you. If they don't stop just ignore it and know you`re the better person.

Hey im 14and have never had a b/f and i really like this boy at school. But i go to a school where if anything happens everyone will kno in 5 minutes. Don't worry at all about wat other people are going to think. Liking people is normal and no one is going to critsize your fot hat. And if anyone does, they honestly have nothing better to do with their lyke than things lyke that-you can let them know that too. Get his # or screen name and tell him you sorta have a crush on him and you don't want the whole school to know so ask him not to tell anyone. After that say we shud goto the movies this weekend and hang out or sumthin to see if he lykes the idea (which means hes most lykely into you).

There's this kid that I used to like named Nick. He is one of those kids who lives to annoy you. In Language Arts my teacher always puts us close and he rides the same bus as me (he lives 2 min away). He's backed dwn on annoying everybody else, but he still annoys me. He's started sitting in the seat in front of me on the bus and talking to me.. but in the kind of "we're in 7th grade and i hate you and you hate me" kind of feud. Don't just go and right off the bat break your promise with your cousin. Talk to them first and let them know that even though you said you wouldn't, your having second thoughts about it. You think the time might be right now. Get their advice and oppion of it as well though. To make this kind of promise, I`m asuming your pretty close with your cousin. They`ll let you know what's best but will I`m sure still support your decision at the end.

For some people it just takes them a little more time than others to get compohortable with the idea. Just give it some time and and eventually when he feels confident enough, he`ll be totally okay about it.

people at school are starting to say i smell...
i dont understand, i wear deodorant and i wash with soap when im in the shower...i use shampoo and conditioner too so i cant think of what it could be. they have been saying this for a while and i used to think that they said it just to make me feel bad and it is starting to hurt my feelings...what can i do to smell better?

If are honestly doinq eveything rite, maybe they are just picking on you. But, you do need to make sure you shower atleast once a day if u dont. And if thats not the problem, your breath? I`m not sure but do u brush your teeth three times a day? and make sure you dont eat anything too funky that`ll stick with you. Carry some mints. To fix just bodily smells, perfume. anything fruity always smells good.
