I need some exercises that will help my balance for skateboarding. 15/m

get a ballance board if you don't kno wut that is, it is a board with a little roller thing on the bottome and it rocks back and forth that how i learned

jsut find a placew that you can balance on a skateboard....for me its one foot in the front in the middle and one in the back in the middle and i can stay balanced and look you don't need exercises

Imagine that you are one with your skateboard. Imagine that it is an extension of your feet
Then imagine that you are being held up on either side by two people of your choice and that way you will egt more support and stability on your board. Oh and practice makes perfect :)
