Okay so i have a flat stomach but i have big hips! And i hate it cuz it makes me look bigger than i really am. So how the heck do you get rid of them!?

First, Lay on the ground hands by your side
Then, bend your legs and bring just your hips up.
with upper back still on the floor

Then Hold for 1 min. if 1 min is hard start with 30 seconds

okay well i weigh like 120 and im 5ft and im 13 yrs old.

my thighs are like flabby on the inside part, any ways to get rid of that.
&will doing cardio help too, like with my arms and stomach also?

yeah cardio will help.
taking off fat in the thighs is to RUN. running uses muscles from all over your body so it helps everywhere. Start with 10 min. then gradually go up to 15min and so on.

also leg lifts help do 20 on each leg.

also 20 squats , 3times a day :]
if 20 is hard start with 10 :]

also stay in the squat position for 10 seconds. that helps too!

my hair is soo static-y [haha sp?] right now. every now n then theres a random day that it gets like this and i cant touch it or brush it or anything with out standin up on end like ive been in the electric chair. any quick fixes?

I know this sounds really weird, but my makeup smells really bad! Its powder. Ive had it sine maybe November. But, it smells like eggs..whats wrong?!

Its most likely expired :[ powder usually doesnt get old that quickly though. But it depends on the brand. Good Priced ones wont smell bad that easily. but really cheap ones will.

i got mine whitened by the dentist and everythign went whiter but the place i had the bonds. it looks weird now cause theres one tooth thats yellowish and the rest is whitish. but if u ask ur dentist, they can actually change the color of the bond :]

I'm in college now and I kind of want to do things my way. (My family doesn't want me to have a car right now although i had one at home.) I just want to buy a car and work in a decent place where i please. when i was at home I was told where I could work, what hours I could work, where i couldn't drive. And, very overportected and dominated. Am I at the point in life now where i can start making my own decisions and not be wrong.

youre in college now so it IS time for you to make your own decisions. cause having your parents tell u what to do not only sucks but also isnt good for you, because you need to learn how to deal with things and be independant for the future. so yes you are at the point in life that you should start making own decisions. :D

Is it better to take a bath or shower ? That might sound dumb but is one better than the other? I notice when I take a shower the water hitting my face like makes my face turn all red and my face itches for some reason but when I take a bath it doesnt.

and itsgood that your face itches :] warm water on your face makes your circulation better (also opens up pores) and better circulation makes your face redder and itch. both is good.bath helps you relax more and shower washes you more . i think you should take both

Hey I just found out my perfect type of swimsuit, tankini swimsuit! I don't like to reveal anything so when I found out about the tankini swimsuit I was like oh my god it was made for me!

One problem is that you gotta wear the underwear...like can a tankini swimsuit come with shorts instead or an underwear thing?

Last year, I worse capris and a tank top to go swimming and I couldn't even swim because I was so heavy from the clothing! Plus it took me forever to take the capris off after!

Or, for a tankini swimsuit, can I just wear a top and some shorts? and wear can I get the shorts because the shorts I see are like really tight stuff and people would see my camel toe from that! thanks in advance!

yeah shorts dont get in the way at all. thats what i did all year last year! get like nylon kinda shorts cause they deal really good with water and they dont stick to u like soffees.

try to exfoliae it with Neutrogena body wash. they really clean up your skin. dont scrub it too much casue it will only get redder and worse. Good brans that work are Aveda body cleaner, and stuff from origins even tjough they can be a little bit pricey. If you are looking for cheap ones, use Cetaphil, Clean and Clear, Clearasil or somewhere along taht line :]

Can your body get rid of strep throat naturally, without antibiotics?

It depends
some of them, you just wait and it gets better.
but when i had it, it got worse and worse and it would not get better. i went to the doctor and they even told me to do a surgery to cut my throat and get the stuff out. but gladly i diddnt have to do that, cause they gave me antibiotics. but watch out for antibiotics, choose them wisely. cause in mycase, my strep throat got better, but i got allergic reactions and got rashes over my body :[

im 14 and i hav a really small chest, so what kind of swimsuites should i wear? i dont like one pieces at all, but its hard for me to fit into some bikinis.

i have the same problem. i have really small breasts. but i guess you can kind of fake it out. lol just dont get the ones that have a lot of pads caue that just looks weird :]
