bath or shower.

Question Posted Friday January 19 2007, 9:38 pm

Is it better to take a bath or shower ? That might sound dumb but is one better than the other? I notice when I take a shower the water hitting my face like makes my face turn all red and my face itches for some reason but when I take a bath it doesnt.

i think taking a shower is better because when you take a bath you are practically "sitting in your on filth"(cus all the dirt and whatever just falls to the bottom of the tub.

if the water from the shower hurts ur face then you should get a differnet shower head that makes it not as hard,on ine theyre are settings for like soft, medium, hard.

Hah, it's not a dumb question. I know what you mean. When you take a shower, the pressure of the water may irritate your skin, especially if the water is really hot. When you take a bath, it may still irritate, but it lowers the chance becaue you're soaking in the water and your body is absorbing it easier. I'm the same way. So, to really answer your question, whatever is easier and more comfortable for you. I think it's easier to just take a shower, but that's just me. Whatever works for you.

i take both
and itsgood that your face itches :] warm water on your face makes your circulation better (also opens up pores) and better circulation makes your face redder and itch. both is good.bath helps you relax more and shower washes you more . i think you should take both

Well its based on opnions.I like showers as they are quick, easy, and make me feel refreshed. But I also like baths to relax in.I suggest baths for because of your face. But remember in a bath, your kind of sitting in all the bacteria you washed off and also it's a waste of water too.
But maybe you can have a shower and wash your face in the sink.basin afterwoods.

Personally, I prefer showers just because it's refreshing, and it's quicker. All you have to do is make sure the water is right for you & then hop in & hop out. Taking a bath takes forever cause you have to wait for the tub to fill, and you're just bathing in all the dirt you wash off. It's pretty disgusting. But truthfully, neither one is better than the other. =)

well, in my opinion, I take showers. Because, all the dirt and stuff will wash off and wont stay on your body. But a good relaxing bath is always good sometimes. =] But thats my opinion. It doesnt really matter which one. Nones better than the other. Which ever is more comfortable for you.

Um, it doesnt really matter. I prefer taking showers..but once in awhile, I love a good bath! Theyre always really relaxing. Its all about preferance. It doesnt affect your health to take baths.
