yes but if you to to many they will make your smomach look puffy. Like an early pegnancy. Leg lifts are better they will tighten your abbs and give you a flat stomach.

if you do alot of them though it will start to hurt your back from hitting against the floor
i have an ab lounge which elimanates that prob
but i suggest doing the situps if u want tight abs..just do it on soft carpet or w/e ]
