if you do alot of them though it will start to hurt your back from hitting against the floor
i have an ab lounge which elimanates that prob
but i suggest doing the situps if u want tight abs..just do it on soft carpet or w/e [ happened4areason's advice column | Ask happened4areason A Question ]
