Okay so i have a flat stomach but i have big hips! And i hate it cuz it makes me look bigger than i really am. So how the heck do you get rid of them!?

Hate to break it to you, but you can't get rid of hips. They're bone, and no amount of working out will get rid of them!

If it's any consolation, you'll be much better at giving birth, and you'll have a much more womanly figure than those stick straight girls!

this helps a lot
First, Lay on the ground hands by your side
Then, bend your legs and bring just your hips up.
with upper back still on the floor

Then Hold for 1 min. if 1 min is hard start with 30 seconds
