daisysmiles answered Sunday January 21 2007, 6:03 pm: I run track and cross country and running alone wont get rid of that flabby part on the inside of your legs, running reduces your overall bodyfat byt if you want that area to be firm and tone you need to target specific exersises to target that specific area. taking off fat in the thighs is to RUN. running uses muscles from all over your body so it helps everywhere. Start with 10 min. then gradually go up to 15min and so on.
also leg lifts help do 20 on each leg.
also 20 squats , 3times a day :]
if 20 is hard start with 10 :]
