thighs .. ewwww.

okay well i weigh like 120 and im 5ft and im 13 yrs old.

my thighs are like flabby on the inside part, any ways to get rid of that.
&will doing cardio help too, like with my arms and stomach also?

For your arms, lift weights. Start off with small amounts like 5lbs.

For your stomach, do situps, and crunches.

And for your thighs, run. Running helps build muscle in your leg. Don't be discouraged if you gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

I run track and cross country and running alone wont get rid of that flabby part on the inside of your legs, running reduces your overall bodyfat byt if you want that area to be firm and tone you need to target specific exersises to target that specific area. Lunges are usually the best way to tone your inner thighs. Check this site:

yeah cardio will help.
taking off fat in the thighs is to RUN. running uses muscles from all over your body so it helps everywhere. Start with 10 min. then gradually go up to 15min and so on.

also leg lifts help do 20 on each leg.

also 20 squats , 3times a day :]
if 20 is hard start with 10 :]

also stay in the squat position for 10 seconds. that helps too!
