Cutting is a mental/emotional and physical illness. To be blunt you need professional help for this. Cutting is the first sign of being a suicidal. You need to tell your mom and you boyfriend about your problem b/c by keeping it a secret you are hurting everyone. Befor you start talking about the cutting you should try to solve you problems. Cutting is usually started because of emotional discomfort or pain and for you to stop cutting you need to face your problem. Until you can stop cutting dont cut your wrists. Stay in the upper arm/leg area so you dont bust any major blood wessels and die.

when you go on a tanning bed most people 'girls' wear bikinis or underwear. When you go to whatever place you are going to they give you tanning goggles. But be warned tanning does major damage to your skin. cya

in the summer i highlighted my hair blonde and i decided i just dont look good with blonde hair so i wanted to go back to brown. my mom wont let me because she says im going to "regret it." i naturally have light brown hair with a couple natural streaks of blonde and in the middle of the winter it gets a little darker. i have blue eyes that sometimes turn green. i have a darkish tan and no freckles. my hair is straight and 2 inches below shoulders if this helps... would i look good with medium brown hair?? or what shade of brown?? if you could give me pictures of people with the shade of brown you think would look pretty on me, pictures would be great but not neccesary. I think you would look good with brown hair since it is you natural color. I think a light-medium brown would work nicely. moms always think if you do something major you'll hate it and even if you do you can always dye it back to blonde

a dermatologist is a skin doctor and ur period has close to nothing to do with your skin sooo no. the only way you can get birth control without going to the gyn is OTC stuff and i dont know where you can get it

i came up with some good kissing games and non-kissing games
kissing games-
Survivor Kisses
Outwit, Outplay, Outkiss!
Things you'll need:
- equal number of boys and girls
- paper and pencils
- 2 hats or other collection devices
How to play:
First, divide everyone into teams by sex (ie. boys vs. girls).
Next, every person from each team must kiss every person on the other team... (ie. every girl must kiss every boy). This can be organized however you like... each pair goes to a different room or closet for 2 minutes, everyone kisses right there and then, etc.
Once everyone has kissed, everyone secretly writes their vote for the worst kisser on the other team on a piece of paper and puts it in their team hat. These votes are then counted, and the 2 people (one from each team) with the most votes are 'Voted Off the Island' and have to sit out. Throw out all those votes, and do the whole process again...
Once there are only 2 boys and 2 girls left, they are the winners. Everyone that was voted out then votes for who should be paired with who. Then, each pair gets 7 minutes in heaven or some other reward.
Things you'll need:
A group of people
How to play:
Everyone sits in a big circle, and one person is chosen to go first. This 'Darer' then chooses one person for a dare... which can just about anything they can think up.
If the person chosen for the dare doesn't want to do it, they can instead yell "Tongue Tied!" This means they don't have to do the dare, and instead will have to kiss someone from the circle.
The person they must kiss can be chosen by the original Darer, chosen by the group, or selected in some other way (ie. with dice or cards.)
The 'Kisser' could also be assigned various Kissing Actions (such as kiss on the cheek, french kiss, etc.) These actions can be chosen by the group at the beginning of the game, and can be assigned to a roll of the dice, drawing out of a hat, etc. The harder the dare, the more intense the Kissing Action assigned...

Balloon War
Objective: A game where teams rush to steal balloons.

Needed: 10-15 balloons
Rules: Form a few groups. Give each group 5 balloons. Each team chooses someone to guard their balloons. Two or more people get to be the "snatcher". The remaining people in the teams form forts and guard the balloons . The "Snatchers" try to snatch ballons from the other snatchers and forts. The people that are the must protect their balloons. After a set amount of time the team with the most balloons from other teams is the winner.
Bobbing for apples and marshmallows
Objective: Teams bob for apples first and then bob for marshmallow - in a bowl of flour!

Teens, Singles, Halloween
Game type:
Passive. Little or no movement is required.
Players:
4 or more players.
Needed: Apples, big tub of water, bowl of flour marshmallows
Rules: This game begins just like the regular bobbing for apples. See rules at Bob For Apples. However, this game adds a new twist. Immediately after bobbing for apples, the person bobs for marshmallows in a bowl of flour. You can just imagine the results. The game is quite messy so make sure the floor is covered with plastic for quick and easy clean up.

Okay, so this is long:
I hung out with a "group" I guess you can call it last year in 8th grade. There were 2 guys and 3 girls including myself. One whom I'm still good friends with is gay and I don't care about that. The other guy I don't talk much with so he's kind of out of this question. Now the remaing 2 girls. Oh my god. One is very clingy, has hygene problems, whiney, spoiled bratty scene. She believes herself to be a emo girl although she is spoiled with everything. So when she doesn't get her way, she pretends to cut, which are like pink lines made with paper. Then the other girl goes to comfort her and they somehow make me look like the guilty one in the group.
Now, this year, I'm taking all Pre IB classes and the people from my group last year are taking adv. and standard classes. Now, basically IB kids (Pre IB and IB) all become friends with another. It's like a whole new clique (Such as jocks, punks, IB kids =P) Well, Joey is in Pre IB and I talk with him and his friends a lot since they're all in Pre IB. But my best gay guy friend from last year hates Joey and he won't hang out with him. I sit with Joey and his friends at lunch and in the mornings and talk with them, hang out with them a lot at school.
Well, the two girls basically kept on pesturing me with "You ditched us for another clique. You're a horrible friend. You don't know where Kevin (my gay friend) is? (In an accusing tone) etcetc." It's been bothering me all year. Well, one thing is that I don't have any classes with them so yeah, I can't exactly hang out with them 24.7. IB is hard and I barely have time for myself a lot of the times. It's also much easier to hang out with Joey and his friends because we can relate a lot to each other. I also started to not ride the bus in the mornings and had my dad drop me off before he goes to work at school which meant that I didn't ride the bus with KEvin anymore. And so I sometimes catch him at his locker and sometimes don't so that is another reason as to why I don't know where he is sometimes. (Our bus gets to school when it starts and I always miss something in my first class) And when I get to school early, I can meet up with the IB friends.
Well, getting to my question: One of the two girls invited me to spend halloween at her house and Joey and his friends want me to come trik or treating with them =/ I really wanna go wtih Joey and his friends but the thing is: Kevin doesn't know about this situation I'm having with the 2 girls-even they don't know--and he'll most likely end up going to one of the 2 girls house. And then the 2 and maybe kevin will whine complain, pesture, everything at me all year long.
I know that I'm gonna go with Joey but what should I do about the 3 friends??

wow most people have the completely opposite question on how to get the twin to not be so clingy.
I know this soungds stupid but have you ever gone up to her and told her that what shes doing is making you pissed off? mostly likely she will have nothing to say to that and she will go away. if you already did that or you are sure its not going to work stop talking to her. give her the mega cold shoulder and try to get others to do it too. with most people this silent treatment causes them to think about how they pissed everyone off. this is reall y all i can think of but i hope i helped. :-D

i think i like a gay guy. i would ask him out if only he wasn't gay. hes cute but wears the same tight jeans that look like he got them out of the womens department everyday. i have no idea why he would wear that in the summer anyway. also with that outfit, he would wear a black shirt, black sneakers, volcom cap, and checkered belt. also only on one day he wore a different outfit. it was a marun (however you spell it, and if u don't no what i put, its that dark red and purplish color) shirt, plaid shorts, same belt and hat, and green sneakers. it looks like he took a pair of shorts out of my dad's closet. i don't know if hes gay or if he just doesn't have style. what do u think? and also i would like him if he wasn't "gay" and had better style. what should i do? thanks-♥ (link)

ok so my 16th bday is next month and my mom just asked me what id like to do for my bday. that was a surprise since at first she said she couldnt afford a party or anything. soo of course i mean i dont have a big budget it needs to be reasonably cheap but still fun. i already get dinner and a car but theres not much else to do around here except movies bowling and skatin all of which ive done before and those dont seem too 'sweet sixteeny' anyway. any one have any fun ideas for me and like 3-4 close friends? no spend-the-nights either lol sry its complicated. idk why you wouldnt want your parents to know about this but ok....
you can do push ups, pull ups, weight lifting, and wall push ups. Some schools have weight lifting as a gym curriculum or a club so you might want to check that out with a teacher or principal. Local gyms can help to but thats not really that 'discreet'

Try to explain to your mom that its not fair to you or the boy you like that you cant date. If that doesnt work tell your friend not to tell your mom whats going on and if she wont agree she might not be the best of friends now would she? friends are supossed to be trustworthy so you can tell them something and they wont go blabbing it to the world. Then again you know rumors are rumors. the guy might not ask you out and it just might have been something said so YOU could ask him out or do something about yourself to try and "attract" him to you more.

I've completely given up junk food. I don't eat fast food, candy, sodas, french fries, pizza, ice cream, potato chips, donuts, all that stuff. So anyways, today my dad, my brother and I went to McDonalds for lunch and I didn't get anything, I said I'd wait to eat lunch when we got home. Then my bro said "You're just afraid of getting fat. And he waved a french fry in my face." I didn't know what to say... and it was embarassing. I'm not afraid of getting fat. I eat plenty!! Just not junky stuff. I want to live a healthy life. And some of my friends joke that I'm anorexic cause I won't eat popcorn at the movies or drink sodas with them. What do I say when they do that?? (link)

Lately when I wake up from sleep or a small nap.. my mouth tastes all gross. I get bad breathe and it feels like something gross is all over my teeth and the back of my mouth.

Dont worry about this
While you are sleeping your mouth doesnt produce saliva that breaks down bacteria ((and when you drool thats getting rid of saliva that was already in youe mouth)) so when you wake up you have that 'morning breath' that is stinky. Everybody has it at one time so the best thing to do is brush your teeth and use mouthwash when you wake up.

I'm 13 and jsut starting cheerleading this year and I was wondering: What type of clothing is good for cheerleading practice? I know definitely soffe shorts, and I also have nike sneakers. What are good brands or types of tank tops/ t-shirts are good for practice but aren't extremely expensive. Also if you have any other kinds of shorts that would help too. THanks! (link)

most cheerleading attire you can get from wal-mart. if you want t-shirts and tank tops you can buy the stuff from Hanes that is cheap aand come in packs. If you are one of those ppl who hate shopping at wal-mart because its 'cheap' or whatever BS reason you have you can try any mall that has sears or jcpenny's. That's pretty much all i can think of and remember if all else fail you can google search it.
