idk why you wouldnt want your parents to know about this but ok....
you can do push ups, pull ups, weight lifting, and wall push ups. Some schools have weight lifting as a gym curriculum or a club so you might want to check that out with a teacher or principal. Local gyms can help to but thats not really that 'discreet'

Hope I helped.

Why wouldn't your parents not want you to be healthy and strong? Someone before me said it perfect...you can be smart and strong at the same time and not be the stereotypical "musclehead". That's just plain ridiculous. Your arms aren't getting very much stronger or bigger by doing push ups and all of that, you need to be in a gym and workout and do compound movements which you cannot do at home..besides you can only hide the increase in size from your parents for so long right?

You could do "lady" pushups (where you get into a crawling position and do push ups that way) in your room and just do as many as you can, increasing the amount every week.

Two really good ways to improve arm strength are:
1.Pushups
2. Lifting weights.
If you have easy access to weights, do that one day, and pushups the next, then weights, and keep going in that pattern. IT may take a while, but you should see some improvement in upper arm strength!!!
Don't worry about your parents. They should support your decisions.
Hope i helped!

You know you can be smart and athletic at the same time, right? Don't be stereotypical, please, it's retarded. Anyway, do push-ups, pull-ups and lift weights daily.

you should do push ups. they help alot. also, wall push ups. wall push ups are actually better. lift weights. if you don't have or don 't want your parents to know you're using them, just use big books, holding them spine in hand, going up and down or out and away form you then back in. but you don't have to hide it from your parents. well, you might want to, but they won't go into shock if you just want bigger arm muscles. no biggie!
