My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

hi, sometimes im selfish..okay, im always selfish. for example if i get an awesome necklace/shirt/pants/earrings/cd/anything::when peoeple ask me where i got them from i never want to tell!! i dont want people coping off me a iguess but it happens so much! and even the stuff i make, okay well i made a necklace out of a guitar pick and then everyone did the same things...etc. it makes me mad! also when i do homework im the same way, i hate when poeple copy me! and my friend, she copies my essays and uses like the same things i do and i take a long time thinking of them, just like a simple sentence. im christian and i know i shouldnt be like this, but i dont know why i am! how can i cure my selfishness??! i wanna be a better person, help me please~~~~!!!!!!!

well if ppl ask you where you get your stuff and if you tell them its no big deal but if you dont want to then its fine but try to be more open and like wen ur friends copy you just tell them to stop and to try to do their own work .. they`ll understand and if they get mad at you then thats just rele stupid .. but they wont l0l so dont worry about it.. x0

this kinda goes in this catagory...well my brother works with my friend from my dance studio..and they r like together...and its really awkward that she comes to my hosue and doesnt hang around with me but instead goes oof with my brother...what shood i do?

well she kinda comes over to be with him right since they r together so dont take it seriously.. find another time where u and her can just hang out go to the movies or something and just tell her! x0

My best guy friend him and I have gone out before and we eventualy broke up but we still had feelings for each other but instead we stayed CLOSE friends he knows everything about me.Well I recently found out he has a gf which i never thought would happen so quick and when i found out i was crushed i began crying i felt terrible.I don't know what to do I'm thinking bout stop talking to him it might help but im not sure pleae help me! thank you either way for just reading.

I just started at this new school, although i;ve been there about 2 yrs ago. I met up with an old friend and we feelin eachother. wait like is this dance formal or just like a jeans and a t-shirt dance? i think you should still dress kute l0l to inpress.. wear jeans and a white tanktop with a cute track jacket! thats always realy cute. for your make up dont over do.. wear eyeliner,a cute non matching eyeshadow and mascara and lipgloss and for your hair you could leave it down straight or put it half way up and put a lil ribon in your hair that matched your jacket! hope this helps!! x0 have fun !!

Alright..well I consider myself a pretty outgoing person!! But recently people have been telling me how quiet I am! I never realized I was quiet...lol I mean I am EXTREMELY outgoing and crazy with people I know...but if I just meet someone I am shy but sooner or later I warm up to them! I am afraid people will think I am snobby if I first meet them and I'm shy..you know? I want to be able to be outgoing around everyone...not just people I know! Also this is around the same problem...when I am with my boyfriend (if I have one at the time) I am shy too and I don't know why! I could know him for a while but I get shy and quiet! Don't get me wrong I am not COMPLETELY quiet around them...like I do get majorly hyper and stuff but I mean it seems my relationships go slow because I never make any moves...I want to be able to go faster...and it be ME making th first move...Anyone have anything to help me?

relax.. its fine if your shy and you wont be after a lil bit. you dont have to worry about making the first move because the guy is usually supposed to do that but you can to! like at school you can give him a lil kiss on the cheek or somehting ! x0

However, he can't stay out of trouble and I found out his grades are really low. So I broke up with him. Now he says he wants me back but he won't change to meet my standards He says he'll try but he doesn't put forth much effort. I told him I just wanted to be friends but it's hard for me because I'm not over him yet. I still want to treat him like a boyfriend. What should I do?

His grades shouldn't be a problem with your realationship. I mean that's his problem and if you like him you should still stay with him.
