My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

In microsoft outlook i receive an email it opens alright. If their is a link and I click on it robo form pops uo to install. every single time for three days it has been happening I uninstalled it and it still did it. I went to the recycle bin and removed it and it still happens, cable could not help me. I ran spy sweep and it shows nothing. Any suggestions?

Im not exacly sure what you are talking about but I`ll try to help! If it wont delete then try to reboot your computer! Keep in mind that when you do that everything will delete but it will make your computer faster! You have to have CD's that come with your computer to reboot it tho! x0

Okay so I went to this party last night and this guy that was there was like "why the hell are YOU here?" because I'm straight edge and I don't do drugs and stuff.. I would kick his ass! Hes a freakin loser! You are acually better then them for not doing that and its great that you dont! Ignore him because the more you let it bother you the more you are gonna be pissed. No one else is against that you dont do drugs or drink and have sex. Do you want to like re-do your room? You can paint your room a cute neon color and put lil rugs ont he floor, put a lot of pictures of you and your friends up. I wouldnt put any posters up because thats kinda of old but thats up to you if you like it. x0

Talk to your boyfriend and tell him how you feel about them flirting. You also need to tell your friend. I know that you dont want to ruin your guy's friendship but think about how much you care about this guy. Guys will come and go but friends arent like that so you might wanna think about that to. If she was truely your friend then she would understand how you feel and hopefully she would stop flirting with him. x0

Do you have a reason why you and your friend fight all the time? If there is a reason then try to fix the problems and dont argue with her as much. I`m not sure because I`m kinda in this and I know you dont want to pick sides but sometimes it just seems like it. It sucks that everyone is mad at each other right now and its because everyone belives some one when they dont even know the real truth and its gay. Thats what got us in this big fight. If you dont want to pick sides then just talk to everyone that's in this and have then make up. It may take a while but after a while everything will be fine. Trust me! I have no clue why they do. Most of the time they just want the guy to like them and they want to feel good about them selves. Im not sure how that works but they just want to feel cool. There's this girl at my school who's a total bitch and talks about everyone. She always says nasty things about people who aren't just like her and thinks she's so much better than everyone. Just the other day she was making fun of a guy that's in a wheelchair & in the hospital because he's having problems with his lungs. She said "wow what a retard... Why are we wasting our time talking about him?" like it was some big joke. People told her that was REALLY mean but she burst out laughing like it was the funniest thing in the world.

She also found out that me & my friend said something about her.. Now she yells shit at us in the halls & even drew on a picture of us in a classroom. I'm so sick of her acting so childish. We'll both tell her to grow up & get a life but she just keeps on doing it & dragging other people into it. It's getting so irritating and really getting to me.

What am I supposed to do? I can't just ignore it anymore.

I had this friend since like kindergarden,and we've been like bark on a tree, 2 peas in a pod. Then now, in 7th grade, she had a scheldue with all of these super popular people, and became best friends with like all of them. I'm not jelous, but like she won't even say hi o me when she's with them. Now, I'm not like super nerd, but I'm definetly not super popular. She acts so different and stupid when she's with them.
