Nope, it isn't dangerous because the piercers clean all the tools but you could get an infection after you get your belly button pierced but I doubt that. I pierced my belly button by myself and I didn't get an infection. Also, you can get your belly button pierced at any age but you need a parent/guardian with you if you are under 18.
