umm theres exercises called kegel exercises.
for more info on that go to www.talksexwithsue.com
when u get to the site enter it and all that. at the top ull see 'sexual information' click that.
then ull get a long list of things. they go in alphabetical order so go down to the K section and look for 'kegel exercises (better control of genital muscles)' and click that, then read what to do.
hope i helped. rate me. and if u got lost tryin to find it IM me on MSN or AIM or leave one in my inbox and ill help u out.

no, once you have had sex there is no going back to the way it used to be. if you dont have sex for a long period of time it will get a little tighter but not like it was. you cant do to much about that. just wait a while and it will help a little.

There are alot of stretches out there to help you out, one off the top of my head is lay on your side and lift your leg straight up, tense your "vaginal" muscles and then put your leg back down. GOOD luck!

No you can't go back to being a virgin,or being as "tight" as you were before you had sex.Once you've had sex your hymen is broken,so it will always be obvious to a doctor that you are no longer a virgin. If you go for an extended period of time without being sexually active it will become slightly "tighter" down there, but there is no way to be the same as it was before you had sex.Sorry :(

There are some exercises you can do to tighten yourself up. They are called kegel exercises. They are basically a small easy exercise you can do at any time, whether you are doing homework, reading a book, hanging with friends, or, even having sex. Search on google to see exactly how to do them, because you can get a better explanation from me telling you how to do them.

Hello180 answered Monday August 23 2004, 9:28 pm:
these people are slow. I've heard that things like yoga and pilates make it tighter. Also, strangely, belly dancing is supposed to. Any groin exercises wouldn't hurt.
