i have been trying to do crunches for about 3 weeks and my stomach didnt really get any smaller. does any one know how many crunches to do in a day or does any one know what other techniques that will work to get a flatter stomach

its going to take awhile..also you might not notice that it gets smaller..or crunches flattens your stomach..but i would do about 100 a day ever single day and eat healthy

Ok, for anyone who had a dog, or other pet with a heart murmur, or anyone who studied vetrinarian medicine, i have a question. My dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur, a two on a scale of 1-6, but now, he's just over 1 yr old, it's gone up to a 4, and the vets say he probaly wont live long. Does anyone know anything about heart murmurs, or what could've cause his murmur to become worse, or how to make it go back down? i appreciate any help, and will rate. Thanks.

So I got offered this easy babysitting job from a rich family down the street, and they are going to pay me 50 dollars an hour, BUT at the same time my BFFs birthday party is going on. get a DNA test done so you know who the babys dad is..you have to tell him that it might not be his..yeah its bad but you have to tell him..for your mom sit down with her like say mom i think im pregnant..she will understand

Lately my hair has been extremely dry. I don't know wether its that I straighten it everyday or that I wash my hair everyday. Are there any products that your suggest to make my hair not dry?

truthfully all you can do is dont wash your hair all the time and your only suppose to straighten your hair about 3 times a week

OK, I have been on Weight Watchers and I got down to 125 pounds. Well, on Sunday I splurged a bit because I went to the city and I had chinese food and today I went over my points a bit and had a grilled cheese sandwich..alright, well...now I'm 130 pounds. What's up with THIS?! how can i magically gain 5 pounds in 3 days. Is this just a trick of the scale?

did you weigh youself on a different scale?if you did then some scales arent the same.if it is the same scale then i think your body isnt use to your new weight if you lost it in a not a lot of days
