ok well i have had a huge crush on this guy, let's call him bob, for awhile now. i have told him this-anonymously- but i can't get myself to talk to him. i tend to be shy around guys, but i'm definitely not hideous looking either. i don't know what to do. any advice??

I think your should ask him out. Everyone tends to get shy. If you really like this guy, you should ask him. Just set aside your fears. If you overcome your shyness, then you'll be gaining a boyfriend as well as a new friend. Hope my advice helps!

Just be yourself, and wear an outfit that you feel confident in. Try this, it works for me: Tell him that your friends keep bugging you about how cute you'd be together and ask him what he thinks. That way, if he says no, you won't be embarrassed. Good luck!

if you don't wanna freeze up and pass out when he comes close and talks to you, maybe this will work:( it worked for me)
breathe, and remind yourself there's nothing to be afraid of. He can't do you anything that would kill you. and if he does, you'll get over it. trust me. hope it works!
