Try eating healthier. Don't eat before you goto bed. Make sure to stay low off of junk food and caffeine. And try doing a little exercise, like a few sit ups and push ups each day.

lately i feel like noone really care or understands me.

Well, you need to find someone to talk to so you don't do anything that would make things worse. In example, I'm talking about committing suicide, don't do it. And I`m sure your parents care, don't think they don't, they might just be stressed out lately, and they could be taking it out on you. So, find someone you trust, and talk to them or you can keep a journal just to get your thoughts down, and that will make you feel a lot better.

i was at a sleepover and 2 of my friends talked crap about my other friend and i told my friend they did and that friend is gonna tell the friends who did it that she knows...and they're gonna find out its me but they're my good friends and i dont want them to hate me WHAT DO I DO!!!!
Tell your friends that were talking about her, that you just felt she had the right to know because you're her friend too. And if they get mad at you, just make sure they know that they shouldn't have been talking about her in the first place. I'm sure the other girl appreciates you being honest with her.

Hii. I think you need to sit down and think about this. You need to decide on which one you like more and which one you're more comfortable around. If you're afraid of losing a friendship with one of them if you say no to them asking you out, you can always ask to still be friends. Hopefully, you'll choose the right guy, just make sure you don't rush into things.

Ok, i am 13/f and i like a 13/m. I like him a lot because of his personality but he isn't so great on the looks. I am not the kind of girl who goes for a guy just for his looks. I think he may like me too but i am not for sure. Sometimes when i look at him, he is looking back at me. I want to give him hints that i like him but i don't just want to come out and say it. This may sound weird, but i've seen it work in action, so try some of this.
When you're looking at him and he looks back, obviously he likes you in a way, you can tell. So, flip your hair a little and just give him the "dreamy look" & then look away and then look back and smile at him. Then just walk up to him and ask him out to a movie or to go bowling or whatever you do where you live. Then gradually build up a better friendship and then eventually ask him out. =]

hi, well im a guy, 15. well i have this friend. we usually dont see eye to eye, but he can be okay when he wants to be. The problem is, me and my other friends, think he's a bit too femenine(sp?) he's into flowers and all that junk. his big beyonce like ass doesnt help matters either. should we be okay with it seeing how he's comfortable with himself, or man him up a bit?
Wow, well try talking to him. Maybe he's bi or gay, like the person below me said, you never know. If you ask him, make sure it's you and him alone so your other friends don't gang up on him about it. Then if he gets defensive and is like, "no. GOD" you know, if it cops an attitude with you, he most likely is, so you being his friend, make sure he's comfortable and tell him you promise you won't tell your other friends.
Then as if to let him be himself, ask him and see what he wants. My opinion, man him up a little but let him keep some of his feminine ways.

i was watching the real world denver, the one where brooke goes to the nail salon and she comes home and she says i was in the ghetto. what does it mean when she says ghetto, like what does the word mean?

The ghetto is a neighborhood or a couple neighborhoods put together where the houses can be easily broken into and the windows and doors aren't in the best shape, they're small and not just black people live there, it's mainly where people can afford big houses.

Okay so i really like this guyyy, hes in my homeroom but thats it. He's not the most gorgoues guys i've ever seen but hes very good looking. I really like him because of his personalitly. We like a lot of the same bands and songs, and we both are athletes. He is my bestfriend. OK, now time for my problemm. We hung out last night with some of our friendss, and we had a pretty good time. me and him would always stay together and we had races and stuff and we laughed a lot. we acctually held hands at one point but only for like 30 seconds. Go up to the guy you like and ask him for yourself. Tell him you just want to know how he feels about you, and if he's kinda shy and says "i don't know" just tell him to think about it because it's been bugging you. I think he's shy, so you can just wait it out and give him time.

I agree with the person below me, wash down there daily with a light soap, nothing that's like strong you know, and then just make sure it stays clean and then change your underwear daily. If you've shaved down there recently, that sometimes causes bumps that will go away on their own, otherwise, just keep it clean.

I have this friend, and we have alot in common and have so much fun together. but latley we have been getting in alot of fights and we havent been talkng. Now we are talking again but it feels really owkward for some reason. Try telling her how you want to be friends with her, but you feel like she's pushing you away and you want to know why. If she's all like, whatever and walks away to go join her new friends, you should just leave her be. She's not a very good friend if she's like that, but if she's nice about it and says she's sorry, make sure you tell her that you aren't trying to tell her what to do or who to be friends with, you just want to keep you and her friendship strong.

Some sites are weird like that, but do you have mozilla firefox? it's a way better explorer for the internet, and if you don't have it, try downloading it because that way you're less likely to have these sorts of problems.

My boyfriend just got a car. It's a manual. He knows how to drive it fine, but he can't shift into first gear fast enough and that causes him to roll backwards if he happens to be stopped on a hill. He's worried that since people always stop basically right on his ass, he's going to roll backwards into them. Any tips on how to not roll backwards in a situation like that? I mean I know if he did roll back and hit someone it would be the other person's fault for stopping so close, but it would be nice to avoid the problem altogether. Please and thanks!
