how do you get rid of love handles or like back rolls?! <33

The best exercise is running. However, Pilaties, an all over body workout similar to yoga, is great for your hips (and love handels) Yoga is very good for your back as well. I would suggest the DVD called "Pilaties for Dummies & Yoga for Dummies" It has both beginning and intermediete levels for the exercises. Any exercise in with you build muscle, like lifting weights, is great because muscle, even at rest, burns calories. However, even with all of these solutions, it is nessary to combine then with healthy eating habits.
