Giving hints
Ok, i am 13/f and i like a 13/m. I like him a lot because of his personality but he isn't so great on the looks. I am not the kind of girl who goes for a guy just for his looks. I think he may like me too but i am not for sure. Sometimes when i look at him, he is looking back at me. I want to give him hints that i like him but i don't just want to come out and say it. Does anyone have any hints i can do? thanks!

This may sound weird, but i've seen it work in action, so try some of this.
When you're looking at him and he looks back, obviously he likes you in a way, you can tell. So, flip your hair a little and just give him the "dreamy look" & then look away and then look back and smile at him. Then just walk up to him and ask him out to a movie or to go bowling or whatever you do where you live. Then gradually build up a better friendship and then eventually ask him out. =]

just hang out with him
or talk to him on phone myspace aim etc, whatever floats your boat
Personally for me i start noticing a girl likes me is when she laughs a lot and when shell talk about anything to you
im sure if hes a good person he wont be perverted but just talk
you nesseciarly dont wanna just tell him i love you lets make out or anything
just think of all of this as youre trying to find a happy medium
Talk to him often not be annoying and not to ignore him
Laugh when he makes a joke or does something funny, not when he says a sentance nor be dismal and look at him constantly
another great hint if youre up for it and got the courage
is to tell your friend
to tell him
that she has the hunch you like him
or simply tell your friend to tell him that she thinks you like him
unfourtuantly i cant put it in a simple way but ask again if you need some more help

i have a couple hints for you to drop on this boy first look at him when he looks at you laugh a lot with him tell him a little about yourself if you need to also in school (if he is in any of your classes) forget a book at home and ask if you can share his it works for me all the time you can get close with him and if he doesent like you then he must be dumb
