AsKaWaYx3 answered Sunday March 18 2007, 4:55 pm: for a warm up, do a lot of streches with your muscels. ssuch as:
-knee to chest
-foot to butt
-pull ankle up and knee down
-frankinstine
-lunges
-and a small fast run (100 meters)
for a cool down you want to do anything with moving, even after a looooong hard work out you want to get all the acid built up from runninh out of your legs. so dont go fast, and Dont Walk!!!!!!!!!!! but do a jog for about 10 mins.
then do even more streches!!!

Run in place for a minute.
Stretch your arms and hold each position for 10 seconds.
Stretch your legs for 10 seconds on each leg.
Cool Down:
Do some stretches like you did for warm ups.
Do a few sit ups and push ups.
Stretch your back (back bend)
& run in place for a minute.
