In most cities - nowhere. If you live in a small town - try little shops. But you're really lucky to get one @ a grocery store or fast food place @ 14 or 15 - considering the hiring age is usually 16. 13 is just still wayy too young.

I'm 14, and I might be working at McDonalds. They're starting to try to get minors out, so you're gonna have to hurry if they haven't already stopped it where you live. There's also bagging at Jewel. Over the summer you could also try Starbucks. But there isn't much out there for a thirteen or fourteen year old.

You can defintely find a job when you're fourteen
(my friend Anthony started at Mc Donalds and my sister at a groccery store,at that age (14))
Thirteen might be a little young...but it doesn't hurt to put apps in everywhere
Try McDonalds they are always hiring young people.
