it could possibly be a yeast infection (you do not have to be sexually active to get them it could becaused by not being so clean) or it might possibly be a allergic reaction to something.

if it is a yeast infection you can go to a drug store and get a ointment to help relieve and get rid of it.

hope i helped!

You could have a minor infection It's fairly common, and can look a lot like pimples.Don't — squeez or pop anything! Make sure you wear clean cotton underwear and use clean towels to dry off.
Little bumps and a red rash could also be signs of a bikini line infection. It's because a razor picks up bacteria in the bikini area. The hair follicles become infected, causing little bumps.OR it could be an ingrown hair, which should be treated by a skin doctor, a dermatologist or you could pluck it if it is.
Hope this helps.

I agree with the person below me, wash down there daily with a light soap, nothing that's like strong you know, and then just make sure it stays clean and then change your underwear daily. If you've shaved down there recently, that sometimes causes bumps that will go away on their own, otherwise, just keep it clean.

it might just be a sweat bump, or something from not being clean enough. change your underwear daily, and after you work out. wash down there with light soap and shower regularly. it should clear up on its own in about a week.
