My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I used to have those thoughts a long time ago. How long have you been going out with Chuck? If it wasnt for a long time you should give him a chance. Even tho if you dont think you like him now you never know if you might fall for him later. It happened to me so you should at least give it some time. Try to move on from your ex. He has a g/f and theres nothing you can do. You will always love him but you know that there is always going to be someone better. There is a reason why you broke up so you have to think about that to. ♥

Okay, I'm just a bit curious. Everybody thinks cutting is so freakishly horrible and everything. Well in all honesty, I don't see the harm in it unless you're making cuts deep enough for stitches or something. Otherwise, you may have a mark or a scar - but no real damage done..? When I get extremely upset - it usually helps calm me down, in a BIG way. What is all the hype about..?

Yea... Thats exacly what I thought but then if you have people constantly telling you the bad things then you kind of get the picture. It is bad. You never know what you can do. You can cut your vein and thats how you can die. It leaves ugly scars on your skin that dont need to be there and even tho you might think the thing that you are dealing with will go away.. it wont. Those problems are always going to be there. Instead of damaging your body you need to find a better way to deal with problems. Good luck and please stop. Its really no point to it. ♥

My best friend's name is John.. and see we dated once for about 4 months, but then broke up and since then have become really, really tight.. Recently, people have been telling me that I've been majorly flirting with him (but thats just the way we are.. but people have been commenting on it recently, like somethings different about it) and I've sort of been daydreaming about him.. People just may not see it that way you do. Thats just how your friendship is. Dont worry about what they think tho. I mean everyone has those thought about their best friend expecilly if its the oppisite sex. You might just love him as a friend but just keep everything the way it is. I am 14/m and extremly confused right now...There are two girls that I am very close with, they are practically twins (not by looks- intrests, thoughts, etc.) I have strong feelings for both of them. They both are extremly pretty, funny, smart, the works. The problem is I think one ,~Tara~, is starting to flirt with me while the other,*Laura*, has for almost a week.

I dont know if he likes you or not but sometimes guys say they dont like a girl even though they really do. Guys are just complicated like that. Nothing bad can happen but dont take anymore. Dont over do it because something could happen. You wont puke you just might get a little dizzy. Try taking a nap and just watch some TV! ♥

someone please help it wil be long but just try and help me out here goes, rite well i have quite a wierd group of friends i mean they go off in groups and some people hate others but that isnt my problem rite a few months ago i noticed a change in one of my mates she has never been a close mate of mine but we got on quite well we had a good friendship not great ok but then it all started to change her and two other mates of mine became best mates and i think it was the biggest mistake ever i mean i think this is what changed my mate wel we arnt mates anymore i fell out with her a few weeks ago because i couldnt take the way she was treatin everyone anymore i mean she didnt change in a good way she started ripping me about alot of things most things i done and she slagged most of my mates off behind there backs everything i liked she said was crap and ripped me about it and most of the time she made me look like a fool infront of everyone and i just couldnt take it any longer alot of my friends had noticed it and they hated her well i didnt i just hated what she had turned into well anyways alot of us fell out with her and she got upset some people felt sorry 4 her and most of the year got nasty about it to me and my friends anyway, 2 of my friends new she had changed but they felt sorry 4 her and was talking to her and they sort of got me feeling sorry 4 her wel she started using my mates everytime her best mate wasnt in skool or went out of skool at lunch and stuf and i thought she was just being a pure bitch i thought after we all told her how we felt she would probly be better but she wernt i mean the 2 of my mates that was talking to her never done anything to her and she just treated them like crap everytime her best mate came along she would just ditch them and i thought she was really out of order so i probly had fell out with this girl and this was about a week ago well i havnt been in skool 4 a few days and today ma 2 mates said they had fell out with this girl cause she used them again and left my mate on her own i mean how sick is that and today you no i said the girl had a best mate wel the best mate has turnd into a bitch aswell she left my mate on her own just to be with her best mate cause my mate had no lunch so they were ment to be going chippy but she left her on her own so now i have fell out with both of them cause they have both turnd into proper bitches i just wonder do you think i did the right thing? any advice??

For the past 3 years I have been walking home its al been safe and no one ever got hurt, untill today....
My sister (Shes 12 and in 5th grade) was walking hom with her boyfriend (same age as kate) like any other day and the light was green but no cars were comming so as kate waited for the light to turn red her boyfrined darted acoross the road for no cars were comming, it that short of time someone turned out of a parking lot a couple yards away and turned and hit the little boy, My little sister saw the accident and heard the band of the TRUCK hit the little boy flinging him and then stoped a couple feet away from where his body layed. He was life flighted to a hospital because he was bleeding and complaning about his back hurting. My sister has calmed down after being REALLLY upset and crying none stop for an hour shes not home right now shes with my dad and i want to know. Is he going to be okay? Hes little ., Whats the chance of his surviving? IT SCARES ME SOO MUCH BECAUSE IF SHE WOULD OF FOLLOWED HIM SHE WOULD BE IN MY SHOES,
also my best friend and sister always say that i am a "mother hen" and make fun of me because if a car isnt slowing down fast enough evne during a red light or if i even think a car is going to be too close i will hold them bakc with my arms ... and then today.. I am sick to my stomich!

Today at lunch we had these chicken nuggets in a gravy kinda sauce.It was really messy and I went to eat one and my so called friend shoved it in my mouth.It was all over my face and I got so pissed off at her.I kept saying to her` that was really mean, i would never do anything like that to you` I mean how could she do something so cruel to someone who is her friend?! Dont let her treat you like that because you need friends who treat you better and you deserve better. Tell her she needs to stop because you dont like how she is being mean to you. I just had to put my cat to sleep due to blindness and its hard for me, because hes older than i am!!!!! he's 17 years old and i've had him since he was born. he was just the sweetest cat ever and he was sort of my best friend. does anyone have any tips of how to make this pain go away??

Dont worry about sounding dumb! I was sad when my hamster died because I had it since she was born. The easiest way to get over your cat is just know that that was the best thing for him. It had its time to die and its better it didnt have to go through all that pain. Its going to be in a better place and I know its hard for you but understand that everyone and everything has its time! Im really sorry tho. Try getting a new kitty and you will love it as much also! ♥

Its not that hard. Just keep trying. Dont put it on the eyelashes tho. Put it on the skin part. I dont know what its called tho and try not to do it dark because it just looks kind of scary. ♥
