ok im 14 and i will be 15 september 13. this guy name tyler is 12 and will be 13 september 1. he is goin to 8th and im goin to 9th. he doesnt hang out with 12 year olds, he looks and hangs out with 14 and 15 year olds. we are really good friends, and tuesday night he asked me out but i said no. i like him, but i am scared to go out wtih him. i mean if we break up, then it will be weird. and he isnt really cute. but i like him alot. last night he got mad at me because he thought that i was gonna go out with this other guy, but im not! and then his mom told him to get off the phone and he told me he would call me back at 1 and he never did. he hasnt called or got online today either. i think hes still mad at me and i dont know what to do. i told him i didnt like the other guy but i dont think he believed me. what should i do?? should i go out with him if he asks me again? some people say i should and some people say heck no. i have no idea what to do!

i am going to a new school next year, and although i know four other friends going, they arent my close friends and my best friends are staying at my old school. im going to be a freshman and im really scared. although i have been to four different schools, ive never been to a big public school before. the largest ive ever been to had 87 students. im worried i wont make friends and im hoping you will help me find a way to meet people.

i really like this guy that i met, and i think he really likes me too. here are some things he does when he sees me:
1. his face brightens up
2. he leans in to conversation
3. he finds excuses to talk to me even if it means leaving the group of people he's with
4. he lightly brushes me on the arm
5. he smiles so big
6. he makes me feel extremely comfortable
7. he makes excessive eye contact
8. he glances over towards me all the time
9. when he hugged me he did a weird scratchy thing on my back (i don't know if this is good or bad.. heee hee)
anyway, i know where he is going to be soon, and i decided not to go. because i'm a naturally shy person, i haven't excessively flirted. i'm not sure i've even flirted that much at all. when he looks at me i make an effort not to look at him because i feel it will be awkward. i feel like i'm unintentionally acting cold towards him, not dropping enough signals. when my friends see him, should i tell them to tell him that they think i like him just to give him the okay to initiate something else? or would that scare him shitless and make him pity me or something? should i just leave it and not let him know unless it's through body language? what are the effects of having friends tell a person you like them? does it make them feel like they have power over you?

My bestfriend is 21. She is pregnant and does not want to keep the child because she cannot support it. She wants to have an abbortion. I have mixed feelings about it, but it's her life. I don't know how I can help her..because I'm still in highschool and don't have a job where I can lend her some money. I grew up in a christian home. I'm almost 18 and still everything in my life is God this God that. I believe in him but that doesn't make my problems go away. I'm always crying, have the blues, feel alone, feel anger, sad, somedays I just don't feel like doing anything but lay around. But everytime I try to show to my parents that I have a problem I get God shoved in my face. Sometimes I just want to run away from home...but I know that won't solve anything. What should I do?
