Beccah answered Saturday July 16 2005, 7:10 pm: i would make sure that you study for every test even if its only for like 10 minutes.. always do your homework and if you dont get something dont be afraid to ask a teacher or a friend.. it always helps. hope it works.. good luck!
xBestAddiction answered Friday July 15 2005, 1:55 pm: Well yeah you have to keep your grades grades up to not have to do summer school again. Just pay attention in class, take notes, study at night, do your homework right when you get home and dont stall, just do whatever you can to keep your grades up so you won't have to go back. Tinkerbelle answered Friday July 15 2005, 12:57 pm: take notes during class and pay attention. and ask questions if you don't understand something! do all of the homework, because in one class i never did the homework because the teacher never checked, and i did so horrible. study at least three days before a test, so you aren't cramming everything in the night before. for things that are hard to remember, make a flashcard and look at it every day to try to memorize. sometimes i make up songs with facts, it's a really easy way to recall them. if you don't get something, ask the teacher if you can come in so she can explain it better. if there's a chance to do extra credit, always do it. i think that for you to be able to keep your grades up is study hard. study days before test because if you cram the night before chances are you wont remember half the stuff the next morning. and ask the teacher whats gonna be on the test so you dont study things that you dont need to know. that would just be a waste of study time.
dancergirl678 answered Thursday July 14 2005, 11:08 pm: do your best to study and make sure you know the material as best as you can *even if it means not watching tv, listening to the radio, or talking on the phone*, if you're not understanding something then ask someone for help, don't try to solve it by yourself especially if you're not sure. Xo_Bunny_oX answered Thursday July 14 2005, 7:53 pm: I agree with Indiekidcanrock. Do homework, but do things you enjoy also. Study. Pay attention in class. Work hard on projects. When you get home, do your homework and then do what you wanna do. Or, if you can multi-task, play on the computer and also do your homework. Don't rush it. If you think your getting fustrated with it, take a small break and come back to it.
IndieKidsCanRock answered Thursday July 14 2005, 7:22 pm: ♥If you don't have a desk in your bedroom already, I suggest getting one. Make it all pretty and organized so you will like sitting there. Put boxes of pencils, paper, etc. And your books all on a rack on the bottom. Believe it or not, if you have a good homework space, homework won't be so bad. Play music while you do your homework. Make a point to get all of your work done before you do what you usually do after school (ex. eat a snack, talk on the phone, go outside, go online, tv, etc.).
