Hormones thats what it is. Girls when there around there period or about to start can get over emotional one minute they feel happy the next angry then said. Having a sleepover with your friends can make you feel a bunch better. So do that and they can help you.

okay so my hair is black and i wanted to die it brown but whichever product i tried didnt work out.. only my roots turned out medium brown and then once it gets towards my tips.. it starts to fade into black. but what am i doing wrong?
At first why not trying adding a few highlights to your hair and once your hair gets used to it keep adding more until you have a full head. And that should work. if not go to there hair dressers and as for there advice.

I have acne on my face that I hate.
I have an apointment for the dermatologist in May. But does anyone know some good over the counter stuff that I can use till then?
Dont try using any oils or facial spot removes there dont help infact some people have known to had there spots get bigger and get more. Just wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed. Try drinking lots of water its good for skin. Wait until your dermatologist apointment mabe try conceler to help cover them up.

What are Shingles?
They is different meanings for it the most common one is for the roof of your house. But also its an infection that you can get with makes you come out in little bumps. I had them when i was 12 or 13 and i pasted them on to my two best friends. So if you go to the doctors then can give you some cream, Because they can itch! with isnt very nice.

About 6 weeks. But to keep them open and not going all gunkey twist them around every 3 hours or so it will keep them from sticking to your ear lobe.

okay so im not like fat but i dont hae a flat stomache and i liek take my moms diet pills and take them every morning, i dont really think they do anything but who knows.. i just wanna like get a flat stomache i think i need to do sit up to this tape i have but idk i dont ever have time and i dont wanna like throw up all the food i eat i think thats gross but does it work faster than sit ups??
If you want to tone up try yoga! it works really well do crunchies they tone up your stomach so its flattens out. Try doing sit ups they work and do walking that tones your body up, try eating more healthy salads,pasta,fish,meat,bread and drink lots of water it can help inprove your skin.

so me and my sister were messing aroudn with out hair one day and we decided to trim mine because we were bored but she ended up cutting a few inches off.. and i want it to grow back but idk how to make it grow faster or like if theres a shampoo i can use or something
Hey there isnt anyway to get your hair to grow faster. It will grow in its own time. Dont worry about it. If you dont like it put it up in a ponytail for a few weeks untill it grows back, straigtening makes your hair look longer try that.

ok, i was just looking at my fingernails and i noticed on a few i have white spots.I seem to always have them.What are they?Is there any way to prevent them?
There called calcium deftioncy spots (sorry if ive spelt it wrong which i have!) Anways its when you dont eat enough dairy stuff. Try eating more yogart,cheese, and drink milk. Then after a few weeks you they will start faiding.

A friend of mine with very, VERY, ginger hair is thinking of dying it his hair black. We agree that the colour would suit him, but what product should we use to make sure it's fully covered?

Hi, The roots come through really soon. Its not a really great idea if you have ginger hair because once the roots start coming through it looks awful! So if your really willing to do it them You will need a really dark colour. Search on google hair dyes and see what its comes up with.

okay well ive had really bad lower stomach cramps for like the past 4 weeks or so... i got my period like 2 weeks ago adn then i just got it agian last night-- im really scared bc i dont know what could be wrong--could this be some sorta probelm?? or should i just like not even worry about it
It could still be something to do with period because even when your not on, you still have mestrual cycle is still going on. If your worried go see a femal doctor.

On May 17th im going to a plastic surgeon to get a mole removed from my cheek. Can anybody tell me what to expect? LIke whats the procedure that will take place adn what can i expect later? Scarring? and what i should do for the scarring?? thanks-- i rate!!
You may have a small scar, but it wont be that big. You might be in a bit of pain when you come round everyone is different. for scarring, There isnt really anything that you can do. try the doctors and ask then if they have any special creams or medicines to try make it look less noticable.dotn worry after a bit the scar will go lighter. so people wont notice it.
