I'm not Really shoRe what causes it, it just soRt of happens, ya know? But I think if you just make a point of setting aside some time to be spent completely on youRself doing the things you love to do, you could be able to calm down quickly. Just tRy doing whateveR makes you happie! FoR instance, foR me.. my life is music, so I cRank up my steReo and staRt belting out song afteR song. I find that this woRks foR me eveRytime and even puts me in my cheeRiest mood all day. So if you like to paint... PAINT... if you like fashion, tRy mixing and matching things in youR closets to foRm new outfits. Also, you could tRy meditating, that helps many people Relax and Relief stRess, and keep it off too!! Goodluck to you, fRom someone who knows EXACTLY what you'Re going thRough! I hope eveRything woRks out, and hopefully I've been of some help heRe!! MyBlankyandMe1367 answered Sunday May 1 2005, 9:38 pm: it could be a sign that your bi-polar,which is when your in one mood, like happy, and then the next minute your really mad and grouchy,my friend has that.if you are bi-polar,or if you want to find out,go to a therapist, they can tell if your bi-polar by talking to your for a while, and if your therapist tells you that your are bi polar then she has to write a perscription to the doctor so you can take medication for it,or you can just talk to your mom about it too!
xoxoPrettyNPinkxoxo answered Sunday May 1 2005, 8:55 pm: Well it sounds like to me that you're having mood swings. They are caused by hormones or when you are under a lot of stress. If you are a giurl you probably are going to get your period soon, but if your a guy i don't know(sorry). Try taking a break and just do something that you like a lot, and maybe with your friends. It will help cheer you up.
mrs_radcliffe answered Sunday May 1 2005, 4:20 pm: Hormones thats what it is. Girls when there around there period or about to start can get over emotional one minute they feel happy the next angry then said. Having a sleepover with your friends can make you feel a bunch better. So do that and they can help you.
feverdancer03 answered Sunday May 1 2005, 3:55 pm: Could be hormones i guess. They can do that a lot. Believe me...happens to me all the time. i can be happy and laughing then sad and crying then like mad at someone ll in like an hour. Also it could be that you have been really stressed out lately with school...extra curricilar activities like sports, etc. You probably feel like you have no time for anything, so your very unhappy. I have been going through this too. Its very normal in my opinion. Just try to find time to just lay aound and do nothing and try not to think about anything stressful. Bubble bath could work too! Hope i helped! [ feverdancer03's advice column | Ask feverdancer03 A Question ]
redxroses answered Sunday May 1 2005, 2:10 pm: Sounds like you are depressed. It happens to a lot of people and there is medicine for it. You should tell your parents (if you're a kid) and see a doctor to get consulted. [ redxroses's advice column | Ask redxroses A Question ]
Laura_Ashanti answered Sunday May 1 2005, 1:34 pm: This happens to everyone - even more-so if you are a girl. Whatever gender you are, your body is changing and its completely normal to feel dperessed, mad, empty, alone, etc for no readon. So, dont worry. But, then figure out why your emotions are so discombobulated all the time - friends? family? school work? Whatever it is - get people in your life to help you work it out so you can be happier! Or maybe, start talking to a therapist or just a simple guidance counselor at your school. Both will help you alot to realize the positive parts of life. Or if you feel its REALLY (Seriously!) an option, you could ask your Doctor about getting an anti-depressent - but for now try the other options and try to relax and take your days one step at a time. ♥ Laura [ Laura_Ashanti's advice column | Ask Laura_Ashanti A Question ]
LoveNJstyle answered Sunday May 1 2005, 1:34 pm: well maybe you gave up on somthing or havent got enough excersize. working out releases endorpines into your body which make you naturally happy for a while so just move around until you break a sweat. it might be stress or pms and you just have to learn how to deal with those things. talking to someone about this might help. let me know if you need me <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
advicequeen answered Sunday May 1 2005, 1:25 pm: you have no motivation. it means that you've recently lost or given up in a lot of things that you've wanted. Just have fun with friends, and try to see the positive side of things. If things get too bad, see a counselor. Wish the best of luck. <3 [ advicequeen's advice column | Ask advicequeen A Question ]
xo_Meg_ox answered Sunday May 1 2005, 1:16 pm: sometimes ppl get in funks and it takes the right thing to get them out...like i know sometimes if i'm in one of those moods, the right person has to say the right thing and then i feel fine again - it helps to write things down in a journal or something, or just tell someone who is close to you how you're feeling ~ they can probably relate!!
