I had a boyfriend. I HAD. Let's say his name is Collin.
I saw him making out with this other girl after school, though. In public, like, right out the school doors, at the stairs. He and that girl didn't even try to hide behind anything, pretty thoughtless. So I told him I'd seen what he did the next day, and his only excuse is, "I'm sorry... I couldn't help it." I guess he expected me to forgive him because he looked seriously freaked when I dumped him right there.
I got over him, and he kept apologizing to me (probably because THAT GIRL turned out to be taken) and begging me to go out with him again. I know he's not loyal. I had a major heartbreak because I thought I was special to him but he just goes whatever about me to kiss THAT GIRL.
I started going out with this other guy, say... Brent. I'm really starting to love Brent alot. He helped me out of my depression and he;s really sweet... but then Collin shows up with slit wrists and tells me he'd keep cutting himself if I don't go back to him. I told him I really like Brent and even though I hate Collin, I don't want him to hurt himself because he's still a human being.
What should I do?

firstly, the guy cutting himself is an extremly selfish thing to do. especially if you love the other guy.
its messed up that he put you in this kind of situation..if this guy really liked you..he wouldn't of made out with that girl in the first place.
i would tell him that you're sorry that he's 'upset'. but he needs help.

if ever i am talking to a guy, my friend always butts into teh conversation and will start to talk. even if the conversation has absolutly nothing to do with her. and sometimes these guys she isn't even freinds with! or i will talk to a guy then she will be like Bobbbbb!!!!! Bobbbb!!!! And it gets so annoying. How can I get her to stop?

it seems to me like she wants to be the center of attention.
and she can't seem to handle the fact that you're making guy friends that don't involve her.

uhm. try and be nice about confronting her about it though...don't make it sound like you're blaming her cuz that could really ruin a friendship..

hey I'm Jackie, I'm 15. My question is that this weekend I was invited to go iceskating with my twin sister, her boyfriend Nick, and this really cute kid Eric, and this boy matt might be there too. The problem is that I was also invited to hang out with my group of good guy friends, I'm not sure, but there could be between 2 and 5 guys there. So I'm not sure if I want to go with my sister and flirt with one Eric, who may not flirt back, and may be only with Matt. Or go hang out with my 2-5 guy friends who I would be the center of attention with. Which do you think?

Okay, so theres this guy, who i am pretty much in love with me, I like him so much, and he knows it, i tell him all the time. but he always tells me its just not the right time? what does that mean, not the right time? I dont understand because when were together, most of the time he always kisses me, and always touches me and stuff, and tells me " i drive him crazy" and we can actually look into eachothers eyes for i dont know how long, but its an amazing feeling and i know its love. But when i told him i just wanna be with him, he said he likes me too, but its just not the right time? he said he wants it to be right, and wants it to last. how can it not be when he always wants to be around me, always wondering what im doing when hes not with me, and always just lightens up with smiles when he sees me? I asked him if he was just scared, he said maybe. I really think hes just scared.. but i dont understand why he just wont be with me, he knows i love him, does he love me too?

hm. it sounds to me, like he does like you, and he is scared.
he's probably just afraid that once you two become serious, and if you guys ever break up, it won't be the same between you guys, and the feeling won't be there anymore.

my family keeps asking me if i am depressed what should i do to show them that truthfully i am not? its really bugging me for once i am not depressed!

try smiling a little more when you're around them.
maybe try and start up some kind of conversation? if you stop talking to your family altogether, they will eventually think somethings wrong..

15/f Okay. So my little sister is turning 13 on early January--and we're not sure of how to celebrate her birthday yet. And she really wants it to be special. A party would be good, but she dosen't want it in McDonald's or something, that would be too kiddy. Malling could be an option too, but sometimes her friends aren't allowed to go out. And a masquerade would be WAY too expensive. So she dosen't want something childish, but something fun and cool for her birthday. Do you guys have any suggestions for her 13th birthday celebration? If you do, please share. Thanks.

hm. well for my 13 birthday, i decided to have a sleepover with some of my friends.
and we did pedicures. (with all the stuff to do it with). we also ordered pizza and strawberry milkshakes. it turned out great, and everyone had a fun time.
i suppose it just depends on what she's like.. maybe bowling? if she's into that..

hm. there's plenty of places you can go walking.

some people just like going to the mall..and walking around the place a few times. others like to go to the gym.

you can still walk outside also. you'll just have to wear a LOT of layers.

Firstly sorry about the subject i didnt know where to put it.

My hair gets greasy so so so fast! I wash it in the morning and by the evening its greasy
I have to wash it everyday and its really annoying me.

What can i do so that i only have to wash it every 2 days or something?

any products i can use?

uhm. well firstly, i would get panteene or the fruciatus gracius (don't know how to spell it...aka 'the green bottle').

use less conditioner. you might be using too much. and leave the shampoo in for a little longer, and then rinse it out.

some people use mayo to keep it shiny looking..without the grease.

One of my best friends, who I've known since we were toddlers, is starting to really get on my nerves. She tries to be like the popular people ALL the time. She doesn't buy clothes from the "it" stores, but she tries to act like her clothes are the best... like, she rolls up her sweatpants like everyone else does (which I hate, but that doesn't really matter) and tries to make her hair have that bump on the bottom when she wears a ponytail. But... it comes off looking reaaaaally bad on her. Then, when she's talking to people, you can tell that she thinks that she's better than them, even when she's obviously not. And she always ditches me for her other friends just so she can be "popular"... like, my other best friend waits for me at the end of all of the classes we have together, but this friend just walks out the door talking to a different person every class. It really ticks me off. Although, when we're alone, she acts like she always used to. I think its great that my friend wants to try and be... cooler... but she's really hurting her other friends feelings, since I know she ditches my other best friend (we're a trio) all the time. And the thing is... her new friends are almost all geeky and nerdy. What should I do??? I don't want to seem like I'm telling her what to do.

oh gosh. i had the same problem like..three years ago.
what i've learned was that she'll figure out sooner or later how ridiculus she's acting. and they'll be a point when she's with her 'popular' crowd and they ditch her..she'll realize who her real friends are..
at least thats what happened with me and my bestfriend..i guess it depends on the person.
otherwise, try confronting her about it..

i was wondering if you just drink a little alcohol but not enough to get you drunk, then some weed.. would that get you really messed up?

yes..it probably would mess you up somehow.
even if you weren't drunk, its still in your body..and you would still be a little 'tipsy'. and if you smoke weed after, it would probably have some weird affect on your body...
so uhm..i definitly wouldn't try and find out if it does mess you up..

is there any way to make my hair grown longer faster?

uhm. Try washing your hair only 2-3 times a week.
it gives your scalp time to breathe. and when you do wash your hair, massage your scalp for a few minutes while the shampoo is in.

i sweat A LOT under the arms. what can i do to pervent this?

try different kinds of deodarant (i think i spelt that wrong).

if you've been using the same one for awhile, your body might be used to it, so it thinks that it doesn't have anything on.
Just change deodarnats every now and again. you should be fine.

I'm so sick of being alive. Everything is so hard. I can't stand it. It's like I'm doing something wrong. I have few friends, but it doesn't matter because I don't like them. I don't like any one. People don't meet my standards and they never will. And when it comes to girls I have no idea what I'm doing. It's like there's some secret technique that every one but me seems to understand. My problems with girls contribute the most to my loneliness and depression. I'm unmotivated in school, because I care more about trying to find a place I belong, trying to find some one who understands me. I can hardly sleep because I'm always worrying about all this. I'm scared I'll never have friends. I'm scared I'll never have a good job. I'm scared I'll never have my first kiss or have sex, and if I do it will be with some one I don't want to do it with. Somewhere between now and the next few years I 100% sure I'll be dead. I can't take it anymore. I've been to therapy and they even locked me up like a criminal in a mental health ward, but to no avail. I hate life. I hate myself. I hate every one, especially if they're happy. I don't see things ever getting better. Please help me. And don't post anything about God, Jesus, or religion of any kind, it will be an automatic 1 on your rating.

okay, so i can understand a few of the things your going through..

but being 16 years old, a lot of people are confused and don't know where they'll end up in life, or where they belong. try getting yourself involved in more things you like to do, you'll be sure to make friends, who are at least a little bit like you, just don't expect them to be perfect. no one can be perfect.

i'm not going to say "repent to christ, your life will be better"..cuz i know how annoying that is, and religions not for everyone...i guess you'll just have to try and live for yourself, or for the people who care about you. Even if it doesn't seem like anybody cares, there's always someone out there who does.. and it might even be someone you least expect too.

i know i'm not perfect at giving advice..but thats the best i can do. just..give life more of a chance, you'll find your place, even if its not right away.

Okay well my bf is 17 and I am 14..
We were thinking about having sex but we had 2nd thoughts because of diseases and pregnancy.
I don't know if he doesn't have any diseases and I'm not sure if I do.
But he really wants to do a lot of sexual things.
He wants to have anal with me and I don't really want to because I hear from a lot of my friends that it hurts.

well. if you guys are thinking about sex, just remember that he's three years older than you and has three more years of experience.
you're only 14, and if you have sex to soon with someone your not sure about in the first place, you'll regret it.
if he's your first bf that you've been physical with, you might want to try and experience with different people.

but mainly, its up to you.
