i live in the south, and we always say ma'am and sir when speaking to adults. however, i recently met some students from northern states and they don't say that. they even said that adults from northern states think it's weird when they say ma'am and sir. but in the south, adults think it's disrespectful to not say ma'am and sir. why is this, and should i just say ma'am and sir to all adults because that's how i was brought up?
yea i lived in florida for 4 years and always said maam and sir. I moved to maine and work as a cashier and when i say it they dont really like it. Some people say they rather be called by their frist name because maam or sir makes them feel older. lol. But you shouldnt change how you were brought up for anyone.

So both my mom and my sister have very big boobs, like Ds and my family is very skinny. My sister and I weigh 97 pounds. I am a 15 and my sister is 22. But the problem is my boobs are only As. I was talking to my sister and she said that she was the same way until senior year and then it just happened. So my question is, is it very likely that my boobs will be Cs or Ds by senior year because all the women in my family has had this happen to them?

Theres a good chance that you will get bigger. Since your mom of the family is big But you also have to look at your dads side of the family.
okay well i went on an italy trip and when we were in the vatican we were in some church and i said god dammit...is that like a one way ticket to hell? i usually dont beleive some sins wouldnt get me into heaven or if theres even a heaven at all but cursing in the vatican? im also afraid if i tell a preist theyll like ounch me in the face

Probly was not the Smartest thing to say in church but i dont think you will go to hell for it. But it is a sin. You should never be afraid to go to the preist & talk to him. That is why he is there if no one talked to him he may feel like everyone in that church is perfect & everyone sins believe it or not.
No preist will punch you in the face.

I used to use AOL dialup for years, so finally my mom got us DSl, and She had it hooked up to the main computer in the basement, and bought a router and My computer (ground floor) is hooked up wireless. I can get online by internet explorer and everything, but all the pictures on website (like on myspace and places) show up as red X's, and even when I right click and hit Show Picture, it doesn't work. Also, all my friends have the same internet connection that I now have, and when they download music, it takes them like 5 seconds to download a song, and it takes me like 3 minutes or longer. I don't get it. Whats the problem?
If you are getting dsl connection from the computer in the basement the your connection strength may not be storng enough.
At the bottom right of you screen (where the time is located) theres should be something that looks like a little tv. Or something that is telling you what your strength is. Its either yellow or green. Yellow means its working but weak. green means great connection.
On the back of your tower there should be a antenna that is for the wireless connection move it around to see if you can get it connect with the other computer.
If you cant seem to get it to work have your mom Call the Cable Company they should be able to walk you thru what needs to be done.

Sounds to me that you care about your reputation more then anything. Yea cool your a cheerleader but that doesnt mean you get the label of popular. Yea you say cheerleaders are popular but alot of people also think cheerleaders are stuck up & think they rule the school.
maybe the other cheerleaders dont like to hang out with you because the way you act. I dont know you so im not saying thats the truth but it could be.

Hey how do you get your text say your putting information in the "about me" part instead of it being just plain like format. How do you get get your font to like line up. My friends have say

But take the spaces out between the < and the P

I know from scabs and cuts that I get scars all the time.. Is there anything I can use (cream) to put on these cuts/scrapes that will reduce the scarring or hopefully leave no scar at all?

You put the neosporin on the cut the you but band-aids on the neosporin so that you wont be able to scratch or anything.
Its should reduce or even leave no scar the chance of getting a scar.
If you have alot of scars you can try merderma for scars. I heard it worked but i have never tried it.
does anyone know how to get pictures back onto the camera after you have put them on the computer and deleted them from your camera?? i have a canon power shot if that helps.

Alrite idk anything about that camera but i have a digital camera.
First question : do you have a digital Camera program like where you upload your pictures to.
Second question : Do you have a memory card?
Ohk say you have both.
I use the program Ulead photo explorer 8.0
If you go to file or any of the dropdown bars at the top and it might say
Transfer to memory card.
if so you select the picture you want to put back on your camera and then go and press that button. And then it should be on your camera.
If this does not work you can IM me and im sure i can figure something out.

For you window you can put some plastic over your window and staple or tape it to the wall. Amd it looks fine.

Mm, okay. I'm fifteen years old, around 5'6", and my weight ranges from 97 to 100 pounds. And because of this, I'm a little smaller in the chest than I'd like to be. My self confidence already is a bit low, so that doesn't help at all. Its not that other people have made comments, but I just think that I'd look better with a fuller chest. Is there any way I can increase size in my chest without gaining weight all over? Because I'd love to fill out my clothes more. Or is there any way I can boost my self confidence and not worry about it?

Your really underweight for your height. For someone that thats 5 foot 6in should weigh around 130 pounds. You should probly see a dietition(sp?)

Okay so last night i stayed at my boyfriends house.. I didn't sleep in the same room as him.. i was in his sisters room.. anyways..
We was watching a movie in the lounge and we started kissing and then we was touching each other like.. had our hands down each others trousers and underwear etc.. He got an erection.. and then he layed on top of me, still fully clothed and we kissed some more..
I am worrying that i could be pregnant even though we were fully clothed.. Because i no you can get pregnant through clothes etc..
But what is the possibility of me getting pregnant through his jeans and boxers AND my combats and thong? Like.. is this likely?
I dont know whether he came or not or anything.. and i didnt notice or feel anything wet\sticky on my combats.. But when i went to the toilet i noticed a tiny, tiny little stain, mark type thing kinda just above my private area but i dont think it went through.. infact it may of been something i spilt on there?

When i came home today i noticed my urine is a really dark colour and very warm to pass.. and i have been discharging a bit aswell.. My period isnt due for another week at MINIMUM.. and i am not or never have been sexually active
Any suggestions? i just really need to stop worrying or have some kind of reassurence or to know the truth about if this is possible because otherwise it might delay my period and i'll think the worst!

Theres no way you could possible be pregnant. His sperm would have gone through jeans, your pants, and underwear And thats not possible.
O.k. The last time I talked to my bf I told him that if I could I would call him back(my stepdad said get off the phone and he was goin back to work so u see I was gonna call him but I didn't because his mom might have gotten mad) he said "don't forget I can always call you.." and I said "No! Don't call I'll call you if I can." I was talking about that night, and now that I think of it he might've thought I was talking about anyday period! he hasn't called for 4 days, so should I just wait for him to call or should I call him? My mom said that if I live with her while I'm in college, I'm going to have to pay her $300 a month on rent. When my mom told me that, I was shocked. Come on, I can pay less than that to share an apartment with one of my friends. Who could do that to their child right out of high school? She lived with my grandparents free of charge while she went to college. They even bought her a car. She isn't doing this because we're poor, because we aren't.
Anywho, is my mom acting like every other mom or is she just being really selfish? She KNOWS that the job I have doesn't pay much.
most parent s will be like that. Shes trying to get you ready for the future. yea maybe 300$ is a bit much and maybe you can get her to lower it a little. But since everything was just handed to her when she got out of highschool she may have had more struggles growing up and she doesnt want you to go thru the same thing.

Im 14 years old snf live in England and so can only get what is available there but I have a slightly freckly, grease/shine prone, pale-ish face and I want a foundation under £7 that :
1. looks matte
2. looks natural
3. sort of evens out skin tone and sort of covers freckles
4. Not a powder
5. doesn't look orange
6. Makes skin texture look smooth
Is there any that you could recommend?
Ive tried Maybelline Matte Mousse but the colours dont match my face exactly and sometimes I look orange with the palest colour on.

How do you fix your computer when it crashes. When I started my computer up it said physical memory dumped. What does that mean and how can I fix it.
Yea that really sucks and it happend to my computer. You will have to reinstall windows. If you dont have that im sure one of your parents friends have their cd. Or if all else fails take it to a computer shop Or Call a computer shop and ask them what they would recommend you do.

Yea are you insane? Running away is not the right thing to do. I can tell you this you can run away a million times and you will get caught everytime. And Not everytime your punishment will be set by your parents.
Eventually your parents will get the cops involved. And if you watched that case about the run away bride. She went to jail for the trouble she put the cops thru.
Talk everything out with your parents.
