I am going to this dance. It's semi-formal like girls are all getting dresses and guys wear shirts and ties. But I have no clue what to do with my hair. My hair is like 2 inches below my sholders, blonde, and little layers. I have long side bangs. Does anyone know a good hair style that I can get done (I'm going to my hairdresser and she will do it) I don't want anything to much though

ok well
im 14 and i just got my belly button pierced
and i go tanning a lot.

it takes a whole year to actually completely heal. i looked it up and it says it should be fine to tan while you have it pierced as long as you dont get chemicals or lotions on it [ it may sting if that happens too ]. from what ive read, uv rays will actually help it heal quicker. if you have any more information.. go here [ http://www.infinitebody.com/gallery/navel/navelfaq.html ]

i have a myspace issue. i always find layouts but the thing is, i change them like ever 5 seconds. literally! i can't seem to find the right one. i've probably gone through 10 different myspace layout sites in 2 days. plus the song i change everday too because i like so many songs, i can't choose just one. can anybode recommend a bunch of myspace layout sites that are really good, not crappy layouts? also, good myspace songs to use that are like alternative/pop. no rap/country/hard-heavy metal.

I am very pale and I get very self concious when Im wearing shorts or skirts. The problem is I want to wear skirts and stuff because I think they are cute.

I guess my question is, is there any way to take peoples eyes off how pale I am or to make me look darker without tanning?

honestly, i dont think it matters.. most people wont be like OMGGG SHES SO PALE! and prolly no one will even care. but i think the best lotion is jergens natural glow. or if you dont wanna try lotion or want something else, try wearing leggings. they are really in right now. and you can wear skirts with them. you can get them at like any store - american eagle, abercromie, forever 21, or whereever. you can even make em, but cutting tights.

Hey, don't know if this is the right catagory but...

How normal/ok is it for teenage guys or girls not to wear underwear occasionally?
Is it just a matter of preference or is it weird not to? Is it difference for boys and girls?
Just wondering!

its fine to go "commando" for as long as you want as long as your comfortable. its kinda like a personal preference i guess. if your a girl, maybe you will like thongs. its almost like nothings there.. and no underwear lines. but its not really different for boys and girls i guess, i dont know. just a prefernce. its all up to you

alright well i had this pair of tights that were soo cute but they didnt fit anymore and so i cut the bottoms so they are like leggings but you can like tell i cut them and i wanna like sew up the bottom so it dont look like that but i dont have any needles or string lol any ideas on how to make it look like i didnt cut it? I'll rate 5 for all ideas.

if your creative, maybe try sewing ribbon or something on the bottom. go crazyy, and have fun with itt. or else you can fold it under or tuck it in.

Is there such a thing as waterproof eyeliner; and if so what kind is the best to buy? I know there's waterproof mascara, I use it all the time. But what about eyeliner, and even eyeshadow; if they have it, whats the best product to buy? Thanks forthe advice.

walgreens and CVS have alot of options. there are many types of waterproof eyeliners. i think the best one is Clarins Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil, which can be found at like cosmeticmall.com. but no there is no waterproof eyeshadow, sorry.

i would like to get my teeth professionally whitened. does anyone know the price range for this/what it involves?

if your best friend knew you liked him, id get a new bestfriend [sorry,its harsh - but its for the best.] .. but it sounds like she didnt, so id find out if she likes him, if she doesnt, then id tell her how you feel about him and maybe even consider telling him, but maybe not straight up "i like you" [unless your comfortable enough with that]. do it in a round about way, sorta sneaky, i guess you could say. but if your best friend does like him.. then i suggest you dont tell her. she may feel that your trying to "take him" from her or something. and she may feel that your jealous. in my opinion, if she likes him id just move on and go for someone else, someone better. that will care about youu, for you.

what are "love handles"?

its a buildup of fat on your waist. like jelly rolls, i suppose. usually it hangs over when your pants are too tight. some girls show them off, and some girls are selfconcious about them.

How can you decrease the redness in your eye if you have pink eye?

talk to a doctor. if you dont get it cured correctly, you can give it to a lot of people by touching something and then someone else touching it. i had pink eye in both eyes, and i had to get a special thing from the doctor. but visine also works too.

when every girl gets their period, it doesnt have a normal period schedule until after a few months or even up to a year. its completely normal for this to happen, so you shouldnt be worried. it will come soon.. its just that your body just has to get on normal timing or a normal schedule.. for most girls its every 28 days.. but, its different for everyone.

hi Kelly. I run track for my school and I've discovered that I have gotten shin splints. I'm not sure what exactly they are, but my coach says I should be stretching to get them better. Any good ideas on how to cure this? Thanks!

hey there, i do track too! first off - shin splints are just a name for pain at the front of the lower leg. shin splints is an overuse injury and can be caused by running on hard surfaces or running on tip toes. it is also common in sports where a lot of jumping is involved. and to fix it.. theres a couple options. the most likely one your gonna hear about is getting rest. taking a day off and staying off it and most improtant staying away from excessive jogging/running. try just stretching it alot and icing it when you can. you also might wanna try a heating pad as well. depending on your body - and see how it feels with each. another excercise is to drop a pencil on the floor and pick it up with your toes and just keep doing it. it works all the right muscles. sorry to hear about it though - good luck in track =)

i like this boy and I think he likes me. like when we play dogde ball he tries to get me it or get me out.or when we play kick ball he always tries to get me out, but I went out with him before and now I'm scared he'll say no. and then tell everybody I asked. What should I do?

if i were you - id just go for it. the worst hes gonna do is say no and your relationship between you two wont change from what it is now. and if he does happen to say no - then its completely his loss. and hes not worth your time. im sure it will turn out fine, and just remember - if its meant to be, it will happen.
