There is this woman at work who really is being rude to me.

The managers all like her, and I tried telling one of them that she was really being rude, and they all jumped on me.

what do I do? Should I just ignore her? obviously I can't go to any of the managers because of the extreme favoritism. help!

So I like this guy, right, and I think this other girl may like him, too. I was waiting for class and my friend asked my friend who may also like him if she did his make-up for the play. It was in that "Oooooh" tone of voice. I also think that my crush is much more likely to like her than he is to like me. I want to ask my crush if he likes the other girl. We are friends though. So I would make it sound like curiosity and not because I like him or anything. Should I ask him?

I have been really sick since thursday and iam terrified of doctors. the probelm is that i get really high fevers and they dont come down . is there any medication that i could take that would not only bring my tempurature down along with getting better? (i have the flu)

Go take a really cold bath and just soak in it and drink cold drinks then it will come down

Okay well Im going out with this kid Lucas... he is a year younger then me... Im 13 hes 12... I have never made out with anyone... & I am really ashamed of that kinda... idk... so yea weve been goin out for 3 weeks today... and hes on my bus n all my friends are stupid n they are always tryin to get us to make out n stuff... n I just feel like weird especially on the bus where everyone can see us... I dont know if he has ever made out with anyone... I think he has because his last g/f he went out wit he was with for almost a year... also in the back of my mind I keep thinking that he doesnt really like me and i cant help but be paranoid... n Ive been ignoring sitting with him on the bus n stuff just to avoid kissing n stuff... idk..

Okay, I have babysat before many times but it is always for the same people and i want to start getting more people to know about me...
I dont live in a little town where everyone knows everyone, i live in a big city and i dont even really know my neighbors...so i can i get it out there that i am an exprienced babysitter and i am 16 and i have a car so i dont need rides...

I want to stop biting my nails but I don't know how to. I've tried before and it never seems to work out. My mom tells me to sit on my hands but that doesn't work. I've tried chewing gum and yet I still bite them and my nails are too short to paint. I've even got my nails done before and when I take the fake nails off and my real ones are long they just break off. Any suggestions?

The thing that you should try is to just keep your hands busy. My parents put vinegar (i think) and when you bite your nails they taste really bad and you just stop and it goes away and it really does work

i moved this summer and was really, really worried about not being able to make new friends. my friends said that i would make friends in no time, and i did. but last weekend, i called my freind, and when i said i had to go, she asks, "why?" and i told her that i was going over to my new friends house, and she got all huffy and mad. its like she doesnt want me to make friends! i dont get her! it is confusing me alot, so if anyone has any good advice, please tell me.

I have pursued modeling for over a year now, but lately I don't really know if I want to become a model. I am 5'4" to begin with. My height discourages me a little,but I feel likes it's more than that. Am I just trying to get validation for my looks? I don't know if modeling is even my style. I like to pose and take pictures, but I don't know that I want that instability w/ trying to break into the industry and trying to get discovered. I really need help. I don't know what to do. I don't know what I would do as a career. I am F/21

i think that is really cool to be a model. but since you are not 100% i am going to do this for the rest of my life then i would defifintly look for another job. You could still get into a junior college!!

my friend is only 14, and her boyfriend is 17 , and he asked her to marry him last week , and she said yes. and she still hasnt tld her mom or dad about it.Should i tell her parents that she's getting married? Is it lik wrong to get married at 14 nd 17? What do u think of a 14 year old grl getting married to a 17 year old guy?



first of all that is way to young to be married she is throwing her life away to some 17 year-old! You also can not get married at the age of 14 you have to be 16 years-old or older. Even if she was going to get married at the age of 16 he would 19 and that is illege (sp). I think that you should let her tell her parents but if she does not tell them in like the next 2 weeks you need to tell them.

ok theres this guy lets call him Brandon that i go to school with. Well ive had a crush on brandon for like a couple days now and up until like january he would never say anything but then we started talking little by little and by february we have been talking alot but besides that..

Hes always talking to me now whenever he comes around hes like "whats up Melissa" and stuff like that and always compliments like "you look hot today or that outfit is hot." When im around a group of people he always talks to me first and doesnt really say anything to the other people except maybe hi and then talk to me or leave. I have a long haired domestic black cat. I also have beige carpeting throuout my home. He leaves clipms of hair all over the house and not even vacuming seems to work in pickking it up. I am sick of spending hours on my hands and knees trying to get it off of the floor. Any suggestions?

i did my flute for 30 full minutes... i practiced everything imaginable and the deal is that if i do 30 mins of flute i get 15 mins online... i thought i was making my dad happy by actually practicing for 30 mins so when i came home i was told him and he was like well get off line and go running! and i was like no i just practiced and he was like im disconnecting IM because you don't do anything else! whatever i do isn't enough for him!!!!!! never!!!!!!!! ever!!!!!!!!!!! nd my dad has to read my stupid conversations online... i have no privacy!!!!!!! i can't take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im ccrying right in front this stupid computer!! i absolutely positivly hate everything! there is no talking to him so thats not an option.. no one can talk to him... please help... i rate 5's

My best friends dad is just th same! She told me that all you have to do is to inore him but act like your lisening. Or you could be like dad if i run every week and (something else ex. clean room) will I be able able to have im back and i will (if you dont want to this then you dont have to) only saty on for 3-5 hours a day (you choose more or less).
