In which, it probably means those 15 times you were rated, are older then 30 days. Try answering loads of questions and people will rate you. Then you'll be able to get your rating up on your column.

Karen answered Wednesday February 16 2005, 6:24 pm: Your ratings only last for 30 days and if they are older than that, then they don't get calculated with your other ratings. Also, your ratings probably haven't updated yet; just click this link and your column will be updated, as in your ratings will: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Hope I helped :)

Draak answered Wednesday February 16 2005, 5:40 pm: If you haven't been rated in over 30 days, or less than five times in 30 days, your rating will not be displayed on your column. If you have been rated in the past thirty days, you might want to take a look at your column settings (located in the menu on the left hand of the page) and make sure that the style that you are using is including the ratings. Or if you are sure that it isn't your settings you can go here:
and click on the "Calculate Your Feedback" link. If you are still having issues after you've tried all this, please contact the administrator. [ Draak's advice column | Ask Draak A Question ]
