so i like this guy from camp and he lives like 2 hrs away from me. like i want to call him and everything but im really shy and i wouldnt know what to say. can you help me think of topic to talk about or some way i can get over my shyness?

just be like "hey i just wanted to tell you that i miss you!" and then ask him hows school, his friends, girls ;] (who he likes), and stuff like that. then when things are buzzing, be like
"well i gotta go"
& give him your number ..
leave him interested ;]
that way, he'll call back!!

*oh and to get over your shyness, talk with confidence [even if its fake confidence] . . be like "oh my god i miss you!" and laugh and stuff, don't be quiet. when your done with your phone call ..you'll realize how shy you really aren't!!!

ok so finaly my bf made a move on me liek alout of them he didnt kiss me bnut were getting there the thing is when ever i think about it my stomach get realy uncomfortable i want to kiss hims so so so bad i mean i know i am ready for it i have waited so long and he is so awsome and he treats me great i am comfortable around him but last night i was at my aunts house there was alout of kids (i haver a big family) so he put his arm around em adn scooted close to me except made it realy obvious and all of a sudden my stomac startes freaking out i feel like i am so messed up i dont knwo how to get rid of this feeling or what is means i mean its not jim but i dont know maybe i was around my family and i didnt want him to be so obvious but i likes it so much mayeb i need freinds i just need help so how do i get ride of this feeling adn what does it mean thatnxs i rate high (link)

and i was like
"oh God no, not on rollarskates!"
and Dannie was like "You have to! He really likes you ! You just have to go up to him and start it!"
my stomach got really uncomfortable, too.
i mean, it all happened in matter of 5 minutes. Not enough time for my stomach to settle down.
Finally, i just went up to him, hugged him, and started making out with him.
of course he joined in .. and it was lovely.

and you know what?
after that,
my stomach was fine. :)

I'd like to thank whoever is gonna give me advice in advance.
Anyway, I've always had this problem:
I'm the president of the Student Council, and honestly I expected people, including my friends, to be happy for me.
However, two of my friends ( a boy and a girl), who are also on the Student council, started rumors about me being a show off and reminding the teachers about the homework, eventhough it's not true.
The boy's girlfriend is on the Student Council too, and I wanted to ask for her opinion about something. And as soon as I even opened my mouth, he cut me off! And stupid me didn't say anything! Not "Please man, I'm talking to her", nothing!
And on the same day, we had a "crazy dress up" competition and the Student Council members had to judge.
I was dressed as a gypsy, and was wearing a red shirt, red bandana, and red sandals. So from the beginning of the day, he keeps trying to provoke me: "Is it Valentine's day today or what?"
All I said was "What do you have against me?" and I walked away from him.
And in front of everyone, EVERYONE, he practically yells at me saying: "This crazy dress up must've been your idea!"
I just stared at him and walked away again.
And guess what? The crazy dress up day wasn't my idea! It was the other girl's idea and he would've known if he was even paying attention in the meetings! And guess what else? I didn't say that to him!

So my question is: How can I show this guy, whom I've known for almost 5 years, that he's being immature and is disrespecting me and hurting my feelings? :(
And how can I tell the other girl that I know what she's been saying about me? (link)

thats a normal BMI.
so therefore- YOUR NOT HUGEEEE! YOUR PERFECT!


but.
if you do want to lose weight - try these tips

1. jogging -
it burns calories...& tones muscles.
2. sit ups-
twenty a night [every night]
3. eat celery & drink cranberry juice for a meal-
it fills you up. & celery has negitive calories so, thats good!
4. cut out junk & fast food-
did you know that the fat cells you get from McDonalds stay inside of you forever?
5. believe in yourself-
if you think you can do this, you can!

ok well every January our home school group has a talent show. We have bout 130 people in the group and thier are alot of families that particapate in it. see, i dont really have a talent?!?!? i mean i play piano but so does everybody else! and my family AND my friends all same i am really funny so i thought, stand up comedy? no, what if nobody laughs?!?!? so...singing? (I am a good singer.) but wait, no, what if i hit the wrong note or something? well u get the point, what should i do? anybody got any ideas??? i have no clue so tips would be great...please dont say anything sarcastic like farting through your under arm, i am seriously in need of advice. also, thin pieces of toilet paper taped
into the inside of your shirt [where your armpits lay] is great, too. just make sure it doesn't fall out & its not taped on to bulkish.

alright, i'm 14 years old and i'm around.. 5'3" or possibly 5'4" and im about 106lbs. I'm just asking.. is that really skinny? I mean, I have like, real high metabolism ( both my parents have it ) and all my friends say I'm too skinny and that I need to gain some weight. I'm just having some trouble. How would I go about doing that? Cause I'm not gonna sit there and like, pig out till' i die. I just don't want people thinking i'm anorexic or something. I mean I'm really not that skinny. I think I'm averagley skinny. =/ I don't know. Please help.

i have a below average BMI, and i'm not aneroxic..so i bet your fine :)

if you have a fast metabolisim and want to slow it down [which idk who would want to do that] drink diet soda. it'll slow it down a little. ;)

I am 13 years old female... i will be 14 in about a month and a half and i am really unhappy about my body. i weigh 151 pounds and i am only 5'6!! i want to slim down my stomach, under my chin, legs, and my butt. I do play sports so i get exersize, but i am going to be graduating and i want to be able to fit into a smaller size dress. I dont even have hips so it makes my stomach look larger!

okay well, your BMI is 24. that means your normal!

but, if you want to lose weight,
cut out junk. its not easy, but you can do it.
drinking water is also good, too.
cranberry juice has 140 calories, but none are from fat. [it fills you up, also!]
ricecakes, celery, peppermint tea --
all of these are good.

cinnimon apple ricecakes are good. they have 50 calories and no fat. eat one of those for lunch with celery & your good to go.

also - cranberry juice fills you up. but, only drink a glass of it a day. [when your really hungry and its in between meals]

if you ride a bike everyday and jog for a little- you can easily burn more calories than you take in. which is good.
only eat about 1,000-1,500 calories a day. that help cut down on the ones from fat.

no, it won't make you bulky .. but it will tone your leg muscles [which is good, so they aren't flabby..which i'm sure they aren't] side crunches will make you look thinner, too. if you wtand up straight when you walk, you will look leaner.

oh and incase you were wondering, your BMI is 23, which is VERY normal :)

so lately i have been thinking that im fat and when i eat i feel real bad. i havent really ate anything in the past 2 days and i want to go anorexic. i know theirs a better way to lose weight then that. what should i eat and what exercises should i do and for how long?
right now i do 25 sit ups in the morning, then after i eat dinner, usually from 6-7 i ride the gazelle for 30 minutes and then i get on the bike and go 8 miles. after that i do 25 situps. then right before i go to bed i do 30 sit ups. is this enough? (link)

don't drink soda as much [if you do drink it]
don't eat sugar before bed
don't eat past 7:00.

yes -
when you sweat, your water weight releases.
and the more layers of clothing you wear, the more you sweat, right?
also, if you wipe the sweat off-the more sweat will come.

[this is good for wrestlers when they're trying to make weight, but not as good if your one of the people that want to see size differences. 1lb-5lbs of water weight won't make a difference]


okay im actually a skinny person but my stomach is just round in the front i've been doing 20 sit ups and going to do that all this week and then next week raise it up by 10 and so on every week. will this help give me a nice sized stomach? (link)

`if you see the difference you want to see, only do about 10 a day or if you notice it starting to get pudgy again
`if you notice a dramatic change, either stop or only raise it by 2-5.

slimfast says that you can lose 2 lbs in one week. thats one option. but works differently on different bodies. i lost 7 lbs the first week with slimfast. .so naturally i quit. you can try that ...

but a garunteed way to lose weight is
1.) don't eat junk or soda.
..you'll see a difference. trust me.
2.) work out [jogging ..situps ..]
3.) eat fruits and veggies
..they give you energy to work out
**did you know that celery has negitive calories?!? and cranberry juice has 140 calories in a glass but it fills you up, and your not hungry. have cranberry juice and celery for lunch and maybe dinner for about a week .. and you'll see a difference! if your not satisfied, continue it for another week

haha okay hun .. i know how you feel. sometimes i think my butt is too big too and sometimes, i think i'm HUGE. but actually, i'm pretty small .. [well thats what the doctor told me anyway] listen. if your skinny. . don't go on a diet. seriously, it'll ruin your metabolisim & everything. just stay in shape, by doing situps and jogging or simple stuff like that.

you have to use it twice a day..
[i use it when i get a shower in the morning, then just wash myself in the bathtub at night]
..but it really works.
oh and for a moisterizer --
use ponds.
ponds is hypo-allergen
and GREAT for sensitive skin.
its not that expensive either, if your on a budget or something.

Well , i really like this guy in 7th grade, but the thing is I'm in 8th grade. I don't really know him that well but i really like him.
I know him well enough to like ask him out, but i dont want to yet.

but i just told them
"look. he's sweet. & i like him. its not my fault you don't have a boyfriend/you and your boyfriend don't love each other like we do [pick either one depending on the situation] so listen, back off. okay?"
and if it doesn't work out & you two end up breaking up .. your friends might say "i told you so"
and this is what you say to that
"okay, so i tried it out & it didn't work. at least i'm open to my options."
