Im young, so I haven't experienced everything yet, but I'll try to help.I am 18 years old, studying A levels in sixth form. I've watched all the dramas of school and family life happen around me though.

I really wanna get into creative arts, such as art, acting, singing, writing etc... but my mom wants me in something involving academics because she thinks she needs someone to know what's going on and my dad wants me to do something athletic because he loves sports, and I like sports, to be honest, but not enough to put my heart into. You know, wake up 2:00am to practice, and I like sciences and politics, but after 30 minutes I'll get bored out of my mind. I know about the paparazzi, but to follow my passion I would deal with it. I'm afraid they won't support me. What should I do?
You must do what you want to do.
Do not just do all creative things- take some kind of exams or training to fall back on and do your creative things as a hobby at first, because earning money from the creative arts is quite difficult, especially seeing as it is a highly competitive world out there. You need a backup job, or a temp job.
However, do what you want. Don't do anything just to please them, because when the going gets though in things like athletics and politics etc. such as harder things to learn, you will hate doing it, and fail.
You're less likely to fail at something you love doing. Tell them that. And if they insist, tell them again. Show them all the answers you got on advicenators, show them the question.
They're your parents, they should support you in whatever you chose to do because they love you.

Firstly, NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. Never send someone a nude photo no matter how much you think you like them- they will not respect you as this guy evidently doesn't.

If he does it, you have one of him now. You don't have to send another one. If he dares put it online, you can put the one of him online where all HIS friends can see.
If he puts your picture online, hold your head up high, find the website with it on and contact them in order to get them to take it down.
Be quick though- the quicker you act, the less people will see it.

I'm 19 and he's 27. We've been dating for 4 months, we're in love and I can't picture my future without him. Though, I'm afraid problems will occur regarding our age difference. Not so much what people think and say, more of me worrying if it will cause problems between us.
Whenever we go grocery shopping, he can't buy alcohol with me. I can't go with him to any event that is serving alcohol. It makes me feel utterly indifferent, I have 3 more years until I can drink. That's just one problem that has occurred regarding the age difference.

I know boys are more bulky than girls but some of us can hold their own,I mean all my boy relatives are protective of the girl relatives like I got into an argument with someone and my cousins started yelling at them like lunatics, and my dad and grandad act like boys are the demon spawn of hell the way he hates them interacting with me or my sister. My dad'll try and murder anyone who tries to yell at me, my mom, and every other female he cares about. And once me and my friend were trying to lift something heavy and randomly two boys just started whispering to each other and came over and lifted it for us. I guess because me and my friend who were trying to lift it are on the small side. And also in camp this boy kissed all the girls and we screamed and literally EVERY SINGLE BOY IN THE ENTIRE CAMP started picking fights with him because of it. I'm 10, and everyone in the grade is 10 or 11. The boys are always asking a certain girl to feel their biceps. This one boy seems to think he is a macho man, and once I said,“The Babysitters Club is such a dumb book." And he said,“oh that book is beast(his slang word). Just kidding. I mean, imagine, the coolest guy in school (motioning to himself) reading that book." I looked at him, and he said less smoothly,“I mean, the guy who THINKS he's the coolest guy in school, like (a few boys names" then tells a thousand jokes on different boys, which made me laugh. He has been teasing me in art, then in every other time of the day acts like this smooth ladies man. Why are boys so weird and try to be “macho" and then complain they have to do everything for girls, yet no one asked them to do it. It doesn't make any sense.

They do not have to do everything for girls, but if they are raised to be polite young men they may feel obliged to do it. Which, when you think about it, is quite nice really- doing it when they are not told too means they have thought about whats best for you.
The boys picked on that guy for kissing ALL the girls because that... technically makes him a cheat (not really, but kissing one after another? Bit of a player eh? That\'s a bad thing, the boys see it as wrong and are teaching him that.)
I think act macho as a sort of defence against other guys or to fit in or impress. Some boys in my grade are lovely to the girls, but completely change when they are around their friends.
The fact that they help you when lifting things and then suddenly tease you - well, that\'s just how they are.
At 10 years old, your grade seems to be just learning to see the differences between boys and girls. Sounds like this boy who is teasing you seems to like you a little bit. He may want to be friends but doesn\'t quite know how to get your attention. By being a ladies man he may be wanting the attention of girls now that he\'s 10/11 year old. That\'s the onset of puberty- wheyhey.
Your Dad, granddad and cousins are just trying to protect you. They know what other boys can be like around girls- they were once young men themselves.
All you have to do is tell them its alright, they don\'t need to yell and that you can handle this yourself. Its quite nice of them to defend you like that really, but tell them if they don\'t need to do it!
Boys will probably think girls are weird for getting upset for them doing the \"right\" thing etc. etc.

I\'m sure your whole head wont go white- not that that\'s a bad thing. Your face will still be young so its not like you\'ll look old or anything. Be calm.

I can see white orbs, literally, all over my room. I was able to see spirits my entire life. I've seen good ones and bad ones. I've been physically hurt by a demon. Let me tell you that story: I was having a dream where a very small kid from school whom I'd kill in a fight was beating the crap out of me, and all my punches were defenseless against him. No one would help me, in fact a teachwr threatened to beat me up if I tried to defend myself against that “poor boy" and that teacher I saw is the nicest teacher in the school in real life! I woke up at the point where I died, and I hurt so badly all over. I saw a black, ugly, evil force crawling around my room. I prayed to God, then remembered my religion teacher giving us the saint Michael's prayer. I left it in my folder. I tore my folder apart looking for it, but it was no where to be found! I told my mom who also sees spirits and she told me this is when I have to get help from God, and now I have to tell the demon to leave. I did that, and stopped seeing it. That's when the white orbs started. But I still had increasing demonphobia. I implied it to my mom so she gave me a saint Micheal card. She showed me the picture and said,“see what he's doing? You don't need to fear demons, it's the rule of the universe spirits can't be in your home if you tell them to leave. And if a demon still stays you have to fight it with prayer." I know I have the gift, but I still have so many questions: how to I avoid evil spirits? Why won't spirits show their face? Why do I have this? Can everybody do this? How can I communicate with them? I want answers from experienced people, not non believers. You shouldn't pay attention to my question if you are a stupid ass who doesn't believe.

I have a serious problem with procrastination.
Sometimes I'll clean the whole house rather than touch a project or assignment that needs to be finished. I feel as if I physically cannot do the work. I know I need to do the work, I want to do the work, but I can't. I don't want to sound as if I'm whining, and I know I have to 'suck it up and just do it' but I was wondering if there was a way I could ease into it and not make every project so daunting? I'm stuck in this perpetual state of stress which does not motivate me to do my work and rather discourages me more than anything. As days pass by I alternate between seriously stressed anxiety and just not caring at all. Any advice would be appreicated. I want to start forming good habits, before it really is too late.
Hunny, I am answering questions on advicenators when I should be revising for A levels. Procrastination is a natural curse of us all.
SOOOOO heres what you gotta do.
Take a deep breath, relax. Its going to be done. If you actually DO the project and get it out the way I promise you will not be stressed anymore.
Day 1- (that\'s right now) Tidy everything, write a list of things that will need to be done on your daunting project. Write a plan, a list of things to be done in whatever order. Then finish up the rest of the day, set an alarm for early in the morning and have that list in a prominent place to see as soon as you wake up.
Day 2- (Tomorrow) Get up, get washed and dressed FIRST, eat, clean your teeth.
Do not watch TV no reading, nope, nope nope. TODAY, you do your project. This is the day you have set aside to do it, you must do nothing else. You do it and you take maybe an hours break for lunch.
You keep going until you are finished.
If you feel the need to do something else, or you think \"I should really clean/read/make/do...that at somepoint\" write it down on a list as something to do as a reward WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED.
If its a long project- set aside a \"piece\" of it to do each day at the same time and make sure you have done at least that much. Sleep and eat well and get up early to not waste the day and keep motivated.
DO IT. DO IT NOW. BECAUSE LATER BECOMES TOMMORROW AND TOMORROW BECOMES NEVER.

So, I'm 14 and there's this boy that I'm honestly so In love with and he's 13. We've been talking since December 2013 and we went out in January for 6 days then I needed it with him because he started ignoring me and it really hurt me, we used to talk so much, all the time! On snapchat and Facebook and text. Then when we split up I really wished I hadn't ended it, I missed him so much I got depressed and started cutting and stuff. Then he started talking to me again, online... Which made me happier then we ended going back out in April for only 3/4 days. He dumped me because he wasn't ready for a relationship, he asked me out though?...
And still today I really miss him 😩😖
But it's soo awkward! We've only spoken a bit in person, and never have really met up, only twice but we didn't arrange it for us we just tagged along and didn't talk to each other. I've spoke to him twice but not saying much, he's very very shy and so am I! We haven't actually hugged or made any physical contact yet... 😢
I see him every day at school but I see him a lot, still today we walk past each other and just stare for a few seconds and then he looks away to quick for me to smile or anything, I really want to be able to talk to him somehow!?

So if you get over him...(which is one option)
Reach the \"I just want my beloved to be happy\" stage. If other girls make him happy, you\'ll just have to accept it.
Try not to stalk him on facebook. Or if it makes you feel better, talk to him about his life. DONT PRY DONT STALK DONT BE CREEPY be natural. Don\'t force secrets out of him- give him advice, that way you\'ll become friends again.
If you want to get back together with him (another option) start a clean slate. Learn to flirt, entrance him into thinking about you that way again... but also in a new light:
LEARN SOMETHING NEW! Get a new skill- get a party trick, learn Beyoncé\'s single ladies dance off by heart or something- Something that will awe new guys into your life (making this boy look up again and wonder if he made a mistake. But don\'t lead these new guys on, that\'s cruel)
GET A MAKEOVER. Like a drastic one- dye your hair (Semi permanently, cus permanent is horrendously bad, and don\'t go some chavvy colour, youre 14. Look au natural)
Get new wardrobe, new makeup styles and nail varnish.
Try to deal with your shyness- dare yourself to be a little more forward, a little more confident.
When the time is right, you can make the first move again and get the boy back.

I haven\'t had a baby (Im only 17) But my aunty did and EVERYONE bought clothes- she had to get two wardrobes! So me and my friend were getting revenge on these 2 girls. Yes I know it's bad, and I learned my lesson. But they found out and said that tomorrow I would be sorry. I don't know if I want to tell the teachers either, because then they will talk to her about it. Then she'll know and try to hurt me even more because i'm a "snitch". She's a really violent girl and I'm not a fight type of person. Please help. Yes I know it was bad of me to get revenge and everything but i'm really scared. Please please help me, I don't want to go to school tomorrow. Also, we're both about to go to high school.
I have to go to school eventually, and I only have to go like 20 more times before Summer then I probably will never see her again. But I'm scared. The only time she would be able to hurt me would be after school, but there's teachers near me. I still feel like she would try to do something. Should I stay near the teachers at all times? This is a tricky one but you have several alternative options- some better than others. I will give you most of the options that will help you deal with it in some way:
Firstly, Go to school. Hold your head up high and be prepared.

try as best you can to hold your chin up and act like you don\'t give a shit.
(Trust, do it right and you\'ll look pretty cool)
Hang around in public places, go home with people. So if you really think she\'s going to get you and attack physically, at least let it be in a place where there\'s LOADs of people and teachers nearby to see and get her into trouble quickly without being a snitch. Don\'t hit back, cus then you are no better. (On the other hand, just break her nose and she wont even look in your direction again. Oops, we\'re probably not supposed to give that kind of advice though!!)
Try your best to be unaffected by whatever she does- because that will make you strong, and really piss her off. If something she says or does to hurt you doesn\'t work, then she just looks like a stupid bitch, right?

2ndly; BETTER COMEBACKS....!
Internet search them. Don\'t go for nerdy ones, don\'t go for the \"ugh gaaaay\" overused, derogatory types. Go for funny, witty ones. If there is a bitchy-word fight (which may be more likely in this day and age) You\'ll come out on top! If comebacks are clever, people will root for you in an argument. If they are no better than hers, then you\'re just as bad as each other.
Alternatively, use a physiological trick. When customers ring up helplines angrily complaining, the call centre\'s are trained to act very calm, agreeable and helpful. It is impossible to fight someone who refuses to hit back, or make you angry enough.
So avoid her but if she approaches you (not to attack but to talk or complain) just be pleasant at first, not a suckup, but just polite.
However, if things get too bad it is probably best to tell someone who can help you!!! I know you have your pride, but the best thing, beyond all of these, is probably to tell a teacher what you just said- someone who can speak to her and try and get her to cool off and/or dare not try anything.
Teachers, above all else, are supposed to care for their pupils and protect them from any kind of bullying.

I think spells are more like rituals or prayers in the way that they are done in modern paganism. They\'re kinda like lucky charms for people.

Spells generally are considered witchcraft. But witchcraft is not necessarily bad. If you are doing spells to help people, with good intentions, then surely you wouldn\'t end up in hell? Only if you\'re cursing people or something.
It generally depends what religion you\'re following. Some more liberal Christians are more accepting of modern witchcraft today, whereas others are not. Some \"witches\" do actually believe in one god, just as Jews, Muslims and Christians do! Its the same principal, just differing ways of worship etc. etc.
Hi, I am 15 f and also in the uk. And am about to start ALevels a year earlier than the rest of my class. I saw your reply to a random question in witch you talked about doing your ALevels. And I was wondering how you found/are finding them? I would love to hear your opinion on how difficult they are compared to GCSE's and what choices you recommend I make. Because I am the only one in my year being moved up I have no one realy to talk to about them. I have gone with my patents to 6th form induction evenings but am conscious that all the teachers and students there were there were all trying to convince me to take their particular subjects. Sorry his is quite a long question and your thoughts would be appreciated. O, and I am thinking of doing English lit, sociology, philosophy and drama at the local grammar school.

I don\'t know much about sociology or philosophy but I can tell you about English lit and Drama. I did these because I like them, and I want to go into writing Dramas. I did science mainly because my parents convinced me that all arts is not useful in the big wide world.
English Literature is a lot of fun- Provided you like reading and writing VERY long essays. They don\'t read the book out in class like at GCSE you are expected to read it in your own time. Preferably before you sit the exam.
My A-level course requires a lot of Quote learning as you cannot bring any books to the exam. I did Jane Eyre, and we also have to learn 14 Poems by Emily Dickinson. (Its in three weeks!) It is a little harder than GCSE but very similar, you\'ll be okay. Just learn QUOTES QUOTES QUOTES and QUOTES from CRITICS. Also learn words like\" Parenthesis\" and \"Iamb\" and \"Auxiliary verb\"
You also do a 2000 word essay for coursework. Its quite simple- just keep getting it remarked until its perfect, then hand the final draft in. Use a dictionary for synonyms.
Our Drama course (I\'m assuming you\'re going to act?) 1st year: Scripted assessment in the style of a chosen practitioner/genre - make sure you\'re in a good group who don\'t argue with each other.
2nd Year: Devised assessment in the style of another chosen practitioner/genre.
The essays are the hard part. Someone (not me) in my class got 17/100 after writing about 6 pages! You have 45 mins for each question. One asks you how you would direct/perform a scene to convey (whatever mood/theme) from a play you will study (you get to take an annotated script to the exam) and another asks \"How did the actor convey >>>>> specific emotion/theme/character

Lexi I hate to hell, that arrogant, stupid, BUT UGLY, mean, nasty bitch who everyone lets bully them,I mean when someone finally stood up to her(cough: Violet) everyone hated her and the main plot of the story was trying to “restore order" they should've gotten rid of Lexi instead of Cameron. And that's another thing, he spends all his time in the show being bullied and depressed and bad at everything, only the A.N.Ts have a talent, and only one. Chyna is always bragging about how she is a prodigy, meanwhile she can't do anything outside music. She was also horribly mean to that street kid in the series finale. I watched it to celebrate it's ending.

If a guy stares at me here and there and smiles at me sometimes and makes some conversation with me does that mean he likes me?
Possibly, but does he do it ALL the time. Do your friends notice? If your friends notice, you're not just building it up in your mind.
Watch his body language. Is he flirting? Guys are said to push their chest out, stretch more and be turned towards you if they are flirting.
Watch his feet. Feet are the part of the body people forget to control, and its believed that they will be facing in the direction of something that person wants.
