I really love Lifetime Movies. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I watch one, I have to go somewhere or do something which makes me miss the end of the movie. after smokein once it will only be in your system for about a week if you are lazy and just sit around
if you are active or drink water it will be out of your system really fast
if u smoke a lot like 2-3 times a day for a couple months it can be in your system for up to 3 months

no its not that bad for you at all
at drug class they told us that smokeing 3 blunts (about getting high 3 times ) is like smoking a pack of ciggeretes
and it is extremely hard to get addicted to weed
the only reason people say its bad is becuase its illegal and ciggertes are actully worse becuase you can get addicted
i used to smoke but got caught and had to quit

I'm planning on joining the Air National Guard this coming month with my best friend. One reason I'm doing this is so I can get money for college & a little extra money to put in my pocket. But I also want to join because I think it would be a good thing for me to get into. I plan on doing it part-time and for 6 years.
But my question is about basic training. I'll probably leave somewhere around September 22 & I'll be at Lackland AFB in Texas. Anyways, I REALLY need to get into shape before then. So what are some exercises I can do to get in shape? I mainly need help with push-ups & other things for upper body strength because I have zero, lol. I (ur name here) give my permission for ( friends name) to pick up my report card, and then sign and date it
